Hotels with Parking in Jackson

Parking lot empty, outside doors shabby, lobby smelled musty, but I had paid for it via Expedia so I tried it. My sister and I asked for a room with 2 queen beds and non smoking. We opened the door of the first room she gave us. The beds had not been made, open soda bottles were on the counter. We closed the door. She said she only had one other room available, even though it's a huge property and the parking lot was empty. The second room was upstairs. The railing on the stairs was broken. The beds were made, but it smelled horribly of smoke. My sister and I started feeling sick. There was at least a 1” gap under the door, so weather as well as bugs could easily get through. Looked in the bathroom and there was used soap in the shower. We talked about it and decided that neither one of us felt safe. We left. The person in the lobby said we would have to get a refund through Expedia. Expedia said the hotel would have to approve a refund. They wouldn't. $70 is an expensive lesson to learn. We checked into a three star hotel down the street. When we told the clerk about the Econolodge the clerk looked horrified. Told us that the police are called out there on a regular basis.

Hands down best breakfast so far on our trip. Many options. Comfortable bed and room temperature. Love BW soft pillows. Did have issue with shower water not staying hot and water does not drain properly. Beautiful foyer and breakfast area. Nice pool and fitness room.

Standard Courtyard by Marriott property. COVID restrictions were still in place so the Bistro was closed. They did offer a few continental breakfast ”grab and go” items along with Starbucks coffee. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff friendly and helpful. This property is a few years old and could do with a refresh in terms of room decor and linens, and the king rooms are a little small considering other options at the same price point in the area. All in all, a pleasant stay and would not hesitate to stay again.

It was excellent. Our room was spotless and anyone that helps us regardless if it’s in the restaurant or front desk they were great. Our bed was so comfy after a long days drive. Ready glad we stopped here. Don’t understand any negative review

When I booked for a job I was supposed to get the rooms with jacuzzi that's what it said but I'm giving a room what's a regular king size bed that's why I had to 22% off to get the good one so I'm not understanding how this happen
