It was a clean hotel that was close to a seminar I was taking. The price was right but I didn’t love the way the room had lights that were directly above the bed instead of on the night stand. It made reading/writing hard to do in bed with such harsh lighting. I also hated the mirror that spanned the entire backside of the wall in front of the bed, it was creepy. Things I did appreciate, the hotel was clean, it had a cute little window cushion/pillow for extra seating, and the staff was friendly. Overall it was good for a one night stay but it wouldn’t be my first choice next time.

This was a great option for a quick rest. The room was clean, the water was warm and the service was friendly. The only thing was the walls were pretty thin and we could hear the people above stomping around. For the price we got a suite which had microwave, mini fridge and wet bar. Spacious and comfortable. It is right of the highway so their is some "ambient" noise from that as well.

Didn't realize microtel meant a micro hotel. Also no hot water for breakfast. Otherwise it was ok

First, thanks to the staff/management of this location. Very friendly reception, really clean lobby, hallway, and the room was exceptionally clean. I stayed here when it was originally opened, and it is better now. Keep up the good work, thanks, and I look forward to my next visit.

I was charged and additional $50 fee when i checked in. I don't know if it was for possible accidentals or what but it was unexpected.

Front desk went above and beyond to help. Everything was clean and the prices was reasonable. In stayed one night and that mini room was cute with everything you need and a comfortable bed, I could hear people walking above and outside talking outside the room. The bathroom fan and tv helped with that issue. I slept like a baby.

The Staff was friendly and welcoming, the entire hotel was professionally ran. There is easy access from the interstate, and close proximity to shopping and dining. Our room was quiet and clean. This was our first trip to Canton, our next trip will definitely involve the Microtel off Sunset.

For the price and location, five stars. Clean, staff were helpful. Only negative is that the walls are a bit thin...could hear next door clearly. Otherwise, great experience.
