Downtown retreat + Theater Room

Great stay overall. The amenities were impressive, especially the theater setup — definitely a highlight. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication was clear and everything worked smoothly during my visit. I’d absolutely stay again.

Excellent communication from the host. Perfect location for visiting my two sons stationed at Camp Lejeune. Close to several restaurants and shopping. Friendly neighborhood in a revitalized area. Highly recommend Overruled smash kitchen within walking distance to the rental.

This house was perfect for us. Very spacious and comfortable. The theater was really nice as well. We highly recommend this property.

Exactly as described in the listing. More essential amenities than many VRBOs we have stayed in including kitchen supplies, coffee, linens, shampoo/soap etc. Visiting family loved the theatre room! Kathryn was always easy to communicate with.We plan to stay here again or next door at her other property when we come to visit family.
