Hampton Inn & Suites Jacksonville

The room size was perfect for my needs. The front desk and housingkeeping staff were magnificent. I would like to send a shout-out to the housekeeping staff (Zenaida, Elizabeth, and Sammie) for being attentive and keeping my room just the way I like it. Thank you. You guys are awesome.

Another fine experience at a Hampton Inn highlighted by the friendly and welcoming staff. Despite the hotel starting to show its age, it was very clean in all public areas and the rooms as well. Just goes to show that a hotel doesn’t have to be new to still be top rated. Cleanliness and courtesy go a long way toward making a stay at this Hampton Inn satisfying. Highly recommend.

Best employees I have met in a long time, great customer service from front desk staff, Gabby! she was very educated on questions and needs i had before checking in and while staying at this location. Each employee I walked past was very friendly, and helpful.

Excellent location close to shopping and restaurants! The staff was outstanding! Kate and Kayla both made us so welcome with their wonderful smiles and great personalities. We loved talking with both! We will definitely stay here again and hopefully Kate and Kayla will still be here to greet us! They really made our stay so much more enjoyable! The breakfast was great and the rooms were very comfortable and they whole place was clean. We had no issues during our stay!!!!

First of all, I like liz with sales and marketing who went above and beyond to make sure the tables in the meeting hall was set up for our "Ladies Night ". When we got there Lea was at front desk to assist our needs along with Josh housekeeping who assist moving few items. Lea assured us we could check in to our rooms early. (Thanks Liz!) Treena was there to assist us with our needs as we had our gathering. She asked if we needed anything and was very nice and kind. The entire staff the weekend of 23 August 2025 we appreciate. I was very impressed with my stay, everyone was friendly, rooms were clean, breakfast was delicious and they kept hot coffee in the lobby. As an area manager myself in the hospitality industry and have stayed in every brand of hotels, Hilton is one of my favorites.I would highly recommend this place.

I stayed here for a work trip, but due to the recent storm my flight was canceled and I unexpectedly had to extend my stay by two additional days. The entire staff immediately made the situation so much better. But Treena at the front desk was the highlight of the trip. She truly turned what could have been a miserable trip into something comforting. From the moment my flight was first delayed to the third cancellation, she was positive and up beat with all of us snowed in. She consistently checked in with me and made sure I had everything I needed. She went above and beyond to help. When my flight was canceled for the third time, Treena took the time to print out all the flights going out and helped find me one at a different airport so I could finally make it home. Treena is hands down one of the friendliest receptionists I’ve ever met. She made the hotel feel like a family and absolutely deserves the recognition and a raise. Thank you to the entire team for making an unexpected extension feel far less stressful. I couldn’t have asked for a better place or better people to be snowed in with.

MJ was really sweet and helpful. I enjoyed her friendly and cheerful attitude. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
