La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Jacksonville TX

Staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean. The only problem I had was the tv channels were limited, but we didn’t come to watch tv.

The rooms were stuffy and smelled like mildew. The walls are paper-thin. I could hear my neighbor snoring. Both of my rooms were supposed to be king-size, but only one was. They didn't clean my room when I went out for the day, even though I asked housekeeping to. No new towels, and the bed wasn't made. I would not stay at or recommend this hotel.

We were there for a golf tournament. They were very short staffed. My parents had to give up their room with two queen beds for a room with one bed. I did. not care for the hand soap, shampoo/ conditioner that they had for us to use. I did however bring me own. The continental breakfast was not bad. The fruit was fresh and they had waffles that you could make which were really good.

These people don't answer the phone. You can't get a live person on the phone. I used them to book the room and I didn't get the room I paid for and when I tried to call to get their help all I got was AI on the phone with no help at all. I was stollen from. Stay away from Hotels.com/Expedia/Tripp Advisor and LA Quinta. No service at all!

There was a musty smell. The pool was green. Broken bathroom mirror the water smelled. Stains on the carpet.

The room was clean and very nice. And the breakfast was good, lots of food choices. They have a indoor pool too. Very nice place to stay.

Loved everything expose the large deluxe king suite and great staff nice for families and furry helper .

Stayed in Jacksonville, TX before at another hotel several times but wanted to try something different so this trip I picked the LaQuinta Inn. The hotel room was fine. It had good size giving you plenty of space to move around in. and the king size bed was very comfortable. The AC/Heat worked very well and kept the room temp at a comfortable level. The Wifi worked great and required no password to use it. The TV had a large number of channels, including sports channels so there was no lack of TV entertainment. However, I wish the hotel would pay the added fee for a few of the music channels as I like to listen to music as I fall asleep at night. The breakfast was the typical hotel fare of eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, along with juice. You also had choices of cold cereal, muffins, fruit and waffles. If I had any complaint at all about my stay it would be the rooms are all painted a dark, industrial gray, which is not a very appealing color for the rooms. But the hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful.
