This hotel is disgusting. Perfect example of lipstick on a pig. Old, musty, popcorn ceilings, saggy mattress, and most of all filthy. Carpet appears 10-15 years old, likely installed when this mattress was new. The shower is disgusting, Hilton should be ashamed. Stay away from this dump!

Stayed Saturday, Dec 6th for a football game. This was our first—and will be our last—stay at this hotel. Stay at your own risk. Aside from the convenient location and a few positives, the property is extremely dated and falls well below expectations, especially for a Lifetime Diamond member. The Good • Ruth’s Chris on-site – dining options are solid. • Great location – easy access to everything we needed. • Valet service – fast, friendly, and efficient. • Pool area – looked great and has a bar, though we couldn’t use it due to rain. The Bad • No complimentary upgrade despite available rooms. We were told upgrades weren’t possible—even though we would’ve gladly paid for a water view. As Lifetime Diamond members, this was disappointing. • Extremely dirty carpet throughout the hotel—would not recommend walking barefoot. • Room issues including mold, water damage, and peeling wallpaper. • Understaffed front desk resulting in long waits and limited assistance. • Room service failure – We were told to order via a QR code, but the menu options as well as all other options didn’t work after the initial webpage loaded. Ended up ordering pizza instead—hotel lost the sale. Overall, the hotel needs significant updates and better service consistency. We expected far more from this brand and will be choosing alternative options for future

I have stayed at many DoubleTree hotels and always had great experiences, but this location was by far the worst I’ve ever seen. I had to be moved three times because each room failed to meet even basic standards. While the staff did their best to help, it was clear the hotel’s overall condition is beyond their control. Honestly, it feels like guests are moved from room to room until they just settle with the issues. The quality and upkeep here are misleading for a DoubleTree brand, and I truly felt scammed based on what was advertised. It’s disappointing that a hotel with a Ruth’s Chris on site operates in such poor condition, you can enjoy a nice dinner only to return to a subpar room experience. Here are just a few issues I personally experienced: 1. Cracks and what appeared to be water damage on the ceiling and walls. 2. Moldy, unpleasant carpet odor. 3. Dirty A/C vent. 4. Bathtub that didn’t drain properly after a shower. 5. Tub itself was not clean. 6. Broken toilet paper rack. I really hope management takes action to restore this hotel to the DoubleTree standard guests expect. Until then, I cannot recommend staying here.

I came early for my check-in. The front desk associate ‘Ashanti’ was very courteous. I headed to the breakfast area, and from the moment I walked inside the restaurant area, “Ezzy” was a gracious host, wonderful server and very hospitable. She made an Omlette by herself and made my stay memorable!!!
