Baymont by Wyndham Jacksonville Orange Park

Convenient place with many stores and shopping around. We had a family of 4. Double bed room. The room and hotel is really old. The room cleanliness was mediocre, lots of stains, rust and even mold along the ceiling. The beds were comfortable. Sheets were felt and looked clean. All the things in the room worked. Free continental breakfast that ends at 9. Waffles, eggs, bagels, muffins, juice and coffee. The staff was not very nice but did provide one extra towel even though we asked for two. Looks to be owned by Indian but not for sure. Not too sure if I plan to stay there again.

from Tennesse my family and I was in Jacksonville Florida for my son's graduation. I got Wyndham to make my reservations because they did such a good job on my last trip. This time was horrible. Roaches coming out of the air conditioner, out of the Tv box, got ready to let the couch out and roaches was running everywhere. The receptionist got us two rooms for that one room. He let us look at the rooms before we excepted the rooms. When we took our things in the rooms roaches start running out. We wanted to leave but it would have been hard to find another place because it was now 4:30am. I call the receptionist and told him we was not going to stay another night we did even take a shower there. I was scared to go to sleep ants was coming out of the air conditioner. The rooms smelled like the place was water damaged. We had to walk up those messed up stairs with all the bags we had, no elevator. The furniture was old and cracked up, beat up. That couch look like it would have fell in if we had slept on it. This is bad real bad condition for the money you pay there. They made me pay $126.98 for that one night. I will never stay there again. I would advise everybody to look at reviews before booking a hotel. This place is not going to fix these problems because looking at those other reviews they are saying the some thing I am saying. Its not going to change. Please do not stay here. This place has been like this for a long time.

Came with my wife and two kids for one night. Walked in the room, roaches everywhere. Called the front desk, and told them about this problem they have. So they showed us another room to look at and there was a roach on the bed by the door. Needless to say if you don’t care about sleeping with roaches this is place for you.

If your room is by the freeway expect to be woke up every morning by motorcycles gunning it to get on the freeway. The room was ok I bought an air spray to get the old smoke/mildew smell out of the room. My room was non smoking but the carpet is very old so if that was replaced I'm sure that would help. The front staff was very kind and let me check in 30 mins early.

we got to our reserved room and the bathroom was disgusted and it was late so we went to put our kids down to sleep and we start seeing roaches so i immediately called the front desk and i told them i either need a refund or a different room and he let us see another room and that room ALSO had roaches and i was like i have kids and i will not subject my family to this place and i demanded a refund.
