I have always held holiday inn express LA California as the best in all of my world travels located close (provided airport transportation) airport, maybe? but within walking distance with side walks to a car rental we used. However, this Holiday In. Express has surpassed my California experience. Employees excellent at checkin. Anthony Joho who displays wonderful mutitaskiing skills, problem solving, and helpful to guests. Checkout 2women and Hispanic man superb also. All are over/beyond my exspections

Very clean, friendly staff, we had a problem with the air conditioning in our room as the maintenance guy was off duty, the manager came to the room right away and fixed it by changing our room.

The room had a strange smell, which is a bit odd, as most American hotels are pet-friendly. The electric induction cooktop in the kitchen wasn't very easy to use, so we asked the front desk lady to come up and help us, as the buttons were a bit fiddly. The breakfast was good, and the two waiters in the breakfast room were very nice. It's very close to a supermarket.

Since this seems to be a relatively new hotel everything looked very fresh. Room was great, clean, neat and well designed. Breakfast was best ever for the breakfast bar amenity. Those cinnamon buns are like good pastry-not heavy and bread-y. Location great for our needs and could walk to eateries and Publix. Staff extremely friendly and breakfast crew always on top of making sure dishes filled and most importantly that brilliant pancake maker was working-it seems a bit finicky but makes really decent pancakes. First one I had seen.

Parking was safe. Room was clean. Not much water pressure in the shower. Toilet needs to be flushed at least twice even after a #1. Stayed one night but it was a good experience. The breakfast was really good and the staff was very friendly.

Everytime we come to visit our grandbabies we stay at this location!! Staff is amazing and rooms are always nice and clean!! Cannot wait to see you all again!
