Jaffna Heritage Villa

Simple 3 star hotel, 500 m from Nallur temple. It has CCTV in common area , room well maintain by staff, got air con full blast, fan and clear WiFi signal. Staff polite. Overall experience 7/10. Good.

Overall the hotel is good. Because it is situated near the Nalloor temple, easy access to town and other attractions. Design was good enough to call a heritage hotel but hotel is getting old and can see stains on the wall tiles, toilet windows (poor design), & taps are getting rusty etc. i have not tried food there so i have no comments. Hotel staffs are helpful but not really proactive.

I would highly recommend the Jaffna Heritage Villas. The staff were friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spotlessly clean, with icy cold air conditioning, a modern bathroom and a mini fridge. Each morning we enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast. I highly recommend staying at the property.

I had a wonderful time staying at jaffna heritage for two nights in March 2026. As a single woman travelling, I immediately felt safe and looked after here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room is great, modern but with traditional touches (wooden furniture and shutters). All good is very vegetarian and very reasonably priced.

Way better than expected. We stayed in the villa and it was so close to the hotel so we could use the pool and restaurant without an issue. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with luxury amenities. Well decorated with traditional arts and crafts. Entire crew was very friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain at all. Pool was well cleaned with a nice surrounding. Breakfast was flawless. It gave a great experience and we really enjoyed traditional scent of food. Highly recommended for a visit with friends , family or solo

I had a wonderful stay at the Heritage Hotel and Villa. The staff were exceptional and made my time there incredibly comfortable. I stayed for five weeks with a large team, and we were all very well looked after throughout. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options each morning. On the days I couldn’t make it to breakfast, Mr Wije kindly arranged a small takeaway package for me, which was a thoughtful touch. Mr Wije was a fantastic host, as was Mr Rajeevan — both went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jaffna.

We had a very good experience at Jaffna Heritage Villa. clean room and facilities like tea/coffee making were appreciated. Breakfast was a good variety of delicious Vegetarian foods catering to real Jaffna Authentic taste. The service is one of the strongest aspects of this Hotel. The staff are professional, friendly, and communicate. Special thanks to Wije, He is genuinely kind, helpful, and made our stay more pleasant through His positive attitude and attention to detail. Highly recommend.
