Good Heritage Hotel with Good Service. Must Visit in Jaffna. Good Vegetrian Option and Kind Staffs. Located in the Hot Spot in Temple Road which near to Nallur Murugan Temple which is a Walkable Distance. Good A**osphere and We can found some Heritage Things in Hotel too.

Very supportive and friendly staff .. Help us for everything we need.. They treated equally the locals, too.. A peaceful a**osphere blends with nature.. Superb breakfast.. Rooms are spacious and very clean.. Pure vegetarian place..highly recommended..

Hospitality of the staff is exemplary!. Amazing Srilankan vegetarian food was cooked and served by the chef. Rooms are spacious and clean. Nallur Murugan temple is at walking distance. Peaceful environment; ideal stay for vegetarians!

Very friendly welcome The Breakfast was excellent - lots of choice and high quality products The Swimming pool is very pleasant and well maintained Very restful and relaxing setting, perfect for a moment of relaxation. The staff is very kind and attentive. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

I will appreciate the friendliness of all your staff and the services they provide to me. The staff who is in front desk Vijeya with the happy smile , he always took time to chat with me to make sure all ok, he really does care. you won't meet a Team who friendly, kind and outstanding service in any other hotel than Jaffna Heritage , I seen such genuine smiles on faces as on the staff here. Cleaners, house keeping, reception, waiters, chef, animation team. They are a credit to this hotel and the management should be extremely proud! Thank you whole team for your outstanding service. The hotel, Rooms, pools and all areas are exceptionally and immaculately clean every single day without fail. This level of cleanliness is brilliant. A great Hotel in Jaffna and one that I would surely come back to.

The Jaffna Heritage Hotel is a very nice small Boutique Hotel within walking distance of the historic Nallur Kandaswamy Temple. The Hotel is a fairly new building so all amenities are modern but it manages to retain a feel for the history of Jaffna. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly which made for a very pleasant 4 night stay. The Buffet Breakfast gets the day off to a good start with an array of Sri Lankan Vegetarian delicacies. Dinner options are more limited but there are a number of good restaurants within walking distance. The beautifully maintained grounds of the Hotel are within a walled compound in what would have been a residential area in the past. A main feature of the outside space is the lovely Pool which is just what is needed after a hot and sweaty day touring around Jaffna. Jaffna has had its troubles in the past but remains a beautiful part of Sri Lanka with great depths of history and culture and a most resilient, kind and welcoming people. If you’re ready to explore Jaffna, it’s people and rich history then the Jaffna Heritage Hotel would make the perfect base for you 🙏

Such a beautiful hotel that everyone must visit if ur in Jaffna :) 🎈calm environment and beautiful location :) customer care was excellent and staffs were so friendly more than that good vegetarian food • I stayed for 2 days and had good sleep too😬 I did a photoshoot on my stay too definitely will come back 🎉

The Jaffna Heritage Hotel is centrally located near the large temple, but is still quiet and secluded. The reception staff make every effort to fulfill guests' wishes and, for example, organize trips to the surrounding area with local tuk-tuks or taxis. The room was spacious and the beds were good. The breakfast buffet is Sri Lankan, but also includes toast and jam. The chef comes out and asks his guests what they want. All in all, a very nice hotel.
