I highly recommend Termag hotel in Jahorina. It is ski-in ski-out, and they have all the equipment for rental in the hotel. It has an indoor pool which was perfect after a long day at the slopes. We had breakfast and dinner included, and the food was delicious

It is Jahorina's first hotel, but fully renovated. The use of wood and stones is amazing and conveys a warmest welcome. I had a large room with bath cum shower, modern wood paneled wall. A good medium swimming pool and small cozy spa. Nice breakfast including local delicacies. Kind and helpful staff.

Brilliant in every way except for the smoking indoors and no ventilation not even windows open. Hotel is amazing though! Food is the best I've experienced lots of variety id go back but Malaysia wait until smoking is banned in indoor public places

We were there while it was cold and snowing. Rooms were warm and clean, food was great and location is the best. There is indoor and outdoor playground for children who enjoyed very much. Staff is very helpful and even helped us to clean snow from our car so we could leave. Highly reccommend this hotel!

Termag hotel is really nice and well located near the slope 1B. Unfortunately smoking is allowed everywhere in the hotel including bedrooms! It stinks tobacco all around you. Going down for breakfast was welcome by cigarettes smell, not a very pleasant experience. In fact we did cough all week, not nice when you come to the slopes for fresh air. The food is varied but ok. The last two nights we went our for dinner, enough of smokers. They charge 21 euros for a 3 hour spa. This shouldn’t happen to a 4 star hotel. And the spa is full of screaming children so as an adult you have nowhere to rest and unwind. The massage I’ve had was nice though. The resort is ok and the slopes, enough to enjoy for a week. Shame they don’t look after their slopes like they do in Austria or Italy. Grooming the slopes is practically non existant in Jahorina. Overall a no go zone until they sort out a non smoking policy.

We stayed for a week, half-board, on a skiing holiday. Unfortunately our experience was completely spoilt by the heavy smoking inside, virtually everywhere. All bedrooms have ashtrays. Smoking is allowed (and heavy smoking takes place) in all areas except the children’s playroom (though adults smoke in the corridor directly outside) and in a small area of the restaurant (not at all separate from the general smoking area). Another downside is that access to the pool and spa area is charged at 21 euros per person each time (3 hours). We would not have stayed there if we had realised that it would be like this. Some of the waiters are friendly, but the attitude form the staff is generally blank and disinterested. Aside from these points, this hotel has a lot of potential to be a lovely place to stay. The food is buffet style and reasonably good - though you will want to eat in other places for some variation. Apparently Bosnia is restricting smoking in public places in May 2023. If this goes ahead, then this might be a good place to stay in future years.

I can tell you that the hotels on Jahorina are divided into Termag and all the rest. The hotel is expensive, but you get everything you pay for. The rooms are excellent, all the staff are very friendly, the guys in the ski room will help you put on your ski boots. the food on half board is great and varied. The bad thing is that the Spa center charges an additional €21 per person. This should not happen in a hotel of this reputation. The hotel bar is open in March until 11:30 p.m. And that's a bad thing

I stayed in Termag last year for the half term holiday break. The hotel was big, clean and the rooms of good size. The food at the buffet was good and tasty even thought sometimes you had to wait for certain food to be refilled when busy. The staff was friendly and welcoming specially at the kids club. The bowling was a plus to distract the kids as well and the ping pong tables. This year we stayed in Vucko’s apar**ents but still paid for the restaurant, pool facilities and skiing instructor. We returned because both our kids loved Bojan and wanted him again. He is fantastic! Down side of the hotel is that there is no gym. My daughter had the worst haircut you can imagine. I have to now take her again for a haircut in London. I would recommend it to friends but I would warm them about the hair salon!

Termag is an overpriced mediocre hotel. It is a standard (or even substandard) 4 star hotel that COSTS MORE than many 5 star hotels in which we stayed in Swiss and Austrian ski centres. Given the mediocre quality and small size of the ski centre itself, this is a highway robbery. The hotel feels like staying in a chimney. Smoking is allowed everywhere including the restaurant, conference rooms, children play rooms and sleeping rooms. Everyone smokes, all the time, in all parts of the hotel. Nonsmoking rooms do not exist. Smoke is penetrating every room through the air filtering system. Carpets, curtains, beds and all furniture stinks on tobacco. The temperature in the hotel is 24 degrees Celsius at all times and that cannot be adjusted in the rooms. Yet it’s too cold outside to sleep with an open window. So we slept really poorly. Rooms are mediocre, rather small, with no sitting area. All amenities are NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. Guests need to pay to use the swimming pool and underground garage. The hotel wanted to charge us 50% more for the third person staying in the same room (we split the party and booked another hotel due to this). Breakfast is good but dinner is rather mediocre with a very small choice of vegetables and cooked food (variety of meat dishes is served). Overall service is good but it cannot justify the outrageous pricing. We cannot recommend Hotel Termag and Jahorina to Western Europeans and world travellers. Substandard quality of air due to permitted smoking in all areas of the hotel, substandard smelly rooms, very small ski centre (12km ski pistes only) , highly aggressive skiers and drivers on the road, and higher prices than at Hintertux, Saas-Fee, etc., makes this a no-go area of the Europe, unfortunately.
