I am a rare contributor to TripAdvisor, even though I have been a longtime member. There were several memorable stops during our recent trip to India, but the best was the exemplary service we received from Holiday Inn Jaipur. We stayed there in early September 2024, using it as a base for short trips to must visit places of the city and around the city and Khawaja Saheb Dargah Ajmer. The reception and other staff at Holiday Inn were consistently thorough, professional, and courteous during our stay. The restaurant, which does not get much online attention, had the best breakfast of any of our hotel stays. Ms Shaifali Sharma, Duty Manager at Holiday Inn, deserves the highest positive recomendation as she spent a large amount of her time over several days in assisting me in completing the local steps and paperwork relevant to replacing my lost US passport and Indian e-Visa. Overall, I can’t say enough good things about Ms Shaifali Sharma, her staff, the hotel, and the restaurant. I Just loved it.

Our group of people lived in 3 rooms. The rooms were clean and tidy. The decoration was very Indian. Each room was different. The front desk and room service staff were very warm and friendly. Breakfast can be booked with the front desk. It is reasonable to have a scrambled egg and a cup of coffee for 30 yuan. Going out to eat the hotel will help to call the tug. This price is set to such a homestay, I think it is worth the money.

Please don't be fooled by the heritage outlook of the property. It is not a heritage hotel and has no comparison to a palace. It is nothing but an old haveli turned hotel. Our room was not as we imagined it when we booked it online. The photos make the place look like something it isn't. The room was shabby and not well maintained at all. Service: No toilet paper; hot water No cleaning services We had to ask for the toiletries and bed covers to be changed , towels, etc., were not provided, and hot water was not available  Location: The location is also not great,.Even though Bani Park is in a central location in Jaipur , this place is inside a residential area, and there aren't many options within walking distance. This place is surrounded by houses. ”The most shocking and disappointing thing was that we booked an auto suggested by the hotel manager for going around Jaipur. But instead of taking us to places we decided on, they took us to some random shop where they could make a commission, and when we objected and refused to go, they misbehaved with us.” In short, I can say that it was not a pleasant experience, and the hotel is run by a group of ***** and rouges. 

It is very close to Jaipur station, so you can easily walk to the station even if you arrive late. It is close to the subway station and has good accessibility to major tourist attractions.

This is to express my honest feelings and thoughts on my stay at the Atithi Guest House Jaipur India. First and farmost I would like to write my thoughts about the booking, honestly from the point I booked the hotel via *********** when I was still residing in Dubai its was always easy to keep in contact with the provided contact personal of the Guest House, each time I called the owner of the guest house answer the call and speaks very professionally and politely and clarify all my doubts. Then comes the staff experience, my stay was 35 nights and from the moment I arrived at the guest house, the staff member Mr. Anoop who acts as the day time manager, and Mr. Shambu who is the night time manger was very helpful and treated me in a professional manner, nothing bad to highlight. Then it's comes to the room. The overall experience initially was not bad it was a specious room with it was abit untidy when I arrive however the staff of the hotel did a good job cleaning it and big thanks to Mr.Tanmay who is one of the owners of the Guest House who actively attend for any inquiries or any request, and not to forget Mr. Tanmay wife who would always have a smile on her face and would ask for an update on the stay experience very nice family. Then when it comes for food I did not see a high variety of options to choose from there in-house Taru Chaya Restaurant since its a vegan menu they offer,not to mention the food still taste amazing however if you request they can arrange egg dishes which is not shown in the menu since we as foreigners we do not have a idea of such names on dishes in India my humble request to the higher management is to amend the existing menu so that people would actually know the amazing verity of dishes that is available in your in-house restaurant Taru Chaaya, and for the non veg people, you can always order via Zomato and enjoy your meal right in your room. Talking about the surrounding and location I must agree with some of the prior reviews one is the smell of pee in the road, and noises of the vehicles might trouble some when sleeping where for me I did not mind it and its not as loud as many said its a slight noise that you might hear since its very near to the busy road which is expected.the location is very close to the metro station, tour buses serves providers, VFS, and for number of tourists main point locations in jaipur so I can tell its located in a very prime location Overall, I would like to say that the experience was amazing and I would surely return back with my family next time when i visit Jaipur. I had a beautiful experience at Tara Niwas. Staff made me feel safe as a single woman traveller and provided a comfortable and professional hospitable experience. The home cooked food, the ponds and water lillies, the ethnic jaipur block prints as bed linen and quilt and dining hall table linen and curtains in the rooms, all added to the charm of this place. Additionally they have an option to request for a hard mattress or pillow for those with back issues with soft mattresses. Finally the music in the front courtyard and the presence of beautifully curated green spaces, created an oasis and a world away from the traffic jams of Jaipur. The proximity to Kishan bagh, a wonderful restored ecological treasure of Jaipur is of course a lovely aspect, facilitating early morning walks at the restored kishan bagh.

Good hotel with reasonable price. All staffs are very helpful. I am very impressed. I stayed for my anniversary and asked the receptionist to prepare a small cake for me. It was wonderful. They did as requested. The cake was lovely and it was delicious. Everything was great. I recommend this hotel. Please do not hesitate to book 🩷

We had a fantastic week-end in Jaipur coming from Dubai. Mr Rajesh arranged everything and make us feel special. Our guide Mr Lanksh*** made our trip easy, interesting and his kindness deserves to be know. The driver was experienced, the car very clean and the coordination with our guide was perfect. We thank again Mr Rajesh, Mr Lanksh*** and our driver for the fantastic week-end and highly recommend any one from Dubai to go for it!

It was a very unique boutique hotel right in front of Jal Mahal close to Pink City. The location and the staff was excellent. Breakfast could have been better, quite a number of tour groups but overall it was a good and well kept property. There were a few hiccups but recovery was excellent. I would definitely stay at this property again in future.
