I had a flight early in the morning so i went to front-desk for checkout no one was there i asked the guard that i need to check out and he said you cannot check this early you can only check out after 10. Its the policy of the hotel. Its like you have been kidnapped by hotel even though you are paying. Terrible experience

Please never book this hotel at all, the photos and reality both very different. I have booked 2 rooms for 2 nights but one of the room ac was not working, they changed that room after making excuses for 30 mini. Also room ac was window ac but in picture they showed split ac which makes huge difference in performance. Washroom was very dirty and had weird smell and faucet was leaking, when i asked them to check and repair they directly denied. Staff was very rude and one of them was hard-core drunk when came to deliver water bottle in the room. Almost every hotel provides 1 or 2 water complimentary on daily basis but this cheater never gave any and we have to pay at the time of checkout. There is security and safety issue as well. Due to some electricity malfunction in their hotel my room lights blasted and we were scared like hell, we have to wait in dark in the night for almost 1 hour before they gave another room. Never ever book this hotel, it's pathetic and staff, service everything is worst. I would have given negative if options available
