Overall the whole experience was wonderful. Architecture is marvellous!! Suite rooms are just jaw dropping , very creative and thoughtful rooms... one just cannot take his eyes from this amazing marvel. I would recommend all those who are planning for jaipur , must visit shiv villas.....

Awesome property and equally amazing service. Beautiful architecture and landscape. Staff is very professional and helpful. Great food and hospitable restaurant staff - specially Harjinder Singh. Very much kids friendly property. We had a very comfortable stay. Thanks for a great experience!

The whole hotel experience is amazing. The rooms were very cozy and comfortable. We ate the food served by the hotel and it was excellent. The service provided was exceptional in particular by Vishnu and Surendra.

Everything is perfect...specially the staff is so humble n cooperative...I would like to mention the name of some staff members..Mr Radhe..Chef Rajesh...Mr Vishnu...Mr Sahil...Mr. satya...Mr Joydeep n Mr Mahesh.Totally A nice experience...we would like to visit again... Excellent restaurant All the food items served are exceptionally good .... There are attenders to take care of each and everything Food is lipsmacking I would recommend everyone who visits jaipur ,must visit this place

Mr radhey and Mr jeetu gave best service during our stay we came to celebrate my father birthday here we offered them piece of cake during cake cutting ceremony but they said they can't take it during their duty time which really impressed us how honestly they are working really impressed with their service and honesty.

The property is beautiful. Stay was comfortable. However the food was disappointing. There is no buffet available even though we included food in map plan. Staff was cooperative.

We stayed there for second time to celebrate birthday of our little kids. Awesome experience, great hospitality, great ambience and palace like feel. Awesome breakfast and front desk and staff were awesome
