Excellent Hospitality shown by the team of Shiv Vilas Resort. Thanks to Mr.Su***, Mr. Chakoma***,Mr.Rahul Kaushal, Suite room was provided by the hotel was wonderful, the food was mouth buttery, hotel was feel like a Palace. Also thanks to Ms.Nadia and Mr.Satya. we will come back again to stay with our family. Best compliments for all the staff.

Outstanding services and very co-operative staff. You feel here like a hone. Mr Vishnu choudhary very humble and supportive person in resort. He helped a lot during our wedding stay. Food was delicious. Resort over view look like heritage and royal.

I stayed in Shiv Vilas and the property was very beautiful and also the Experience as well. And specially thanks to the staff and the duty ***ager the Mr. Vishnu he helped me for late night checkin. It is very appreciable and also if we talk about the services it is also very good. Thanks

The property is exquisite and has the royal touch in the architecture. The room was really nice and cleanest one could be. We had a private dining for dinner and breakfast which was a cherry on top. Dining was being facilitated by Mr. Saroj and he was best in his professional tasks. I would love to visit again here.

Overall, we had a very wonderful stay at the shiv Vilas resort. Right from the start, at the security gate, we greeted with a very politeness. Each and every staff in the hotel are very well behaved. A unique property... staff attended in a very great ***ner specially the vp Mahesh ji and dheeraj ji....Have different qualities of rooms with great sculptures and paintings. The attracted swarna Mahal have gold colour and well located swimming pool..

Very Nice staff. Our children felt welcome. Especially Radhey become my 5-year olds new friend. Wonderful amazing pool. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Nice atmosphere. Very good cuisine, with special making not to strong fore the children.

Feel like a king in palace hotel of jaipur. Staffs was professionally trained , awesome marble swimming pool,food was very taste. MR.SU*** Duty ***ager was very good,Also thanks to Mr.Satya,Chumki. We will definitely come back with our family again.

The food was amazing and the service was even better! Dheeraj was especially hospitable, attentive, and kind. We would highly recommend the beetroot halwa as was very unique. Loved this place’s food and atmosphere and we will definitely come again!!!!
