Achrol Niwas A Treehouse Resort

Terrible experience at this resort … Beware of visiting the place … loud environment…. No service at all as there was another group … There was loud music …. Could not relax a bit…. We made this booking for relaxation but the experience got ruined….

Feeling cheated.. They does not offer what they commit, Even after ruining our event, at the time billing they refused for their commitments and asked for written communications.. Do not trust on their verbal communications..

If you wanna Ruin your event go here, they do not offer what they commit, and even if any issue is there, they are non-cooperative and ask for written communications, Non Trustable Fake people. Aggressive Staff, Staff is allowed to misbehave with guests

It is a very bad experience. They do not provide geyser, heater in room. It was conveyed before booking and they denied after check in. It was very disappointing to book here. DO NOT BOOK THIS Hotel ever.

Worst hospitality one could ever have. Staff members have a huge attitude problem. Heater, geyser not working. Extra beddings were not like as they promised. 1 star only because of decent property. If you have loads of money to waste please visit here. Food was average

CHEATS! CANT BE TRUSTED. The Sales doesnt convey right things and committ different things at the time of booking. We were attended by someone called Mr. Nitesh who just disappeared after committing as soon as we made booking payments. During our stay we were constantly told by reception that this is not what has been told to us and two of them did not have any communication in between. We hosted our office party and it was spoiled by their bad committments about beddings, heaters, other arrangement, DJ, a few rooms were even damp, no running hot water in bathrooms etc. Badly ***aged and the ***agement doesn't take responsibility if it is not written over email. Even their whatsapp messages were not honored forget about verbal commitments. If you want to be cheated in broad day light..chose this property

They have ruined our event experience. They have failed on all the commitments. Did not provide room heater and geaser was also not working. Denied all the things and did not provide any support l. Staff is arrogant and argues when support is required

We as a group of friends stayed in Achrol Niwas with our families for 3 days from 24-27 Dec 23. The place is royally spacious with amenities like swimming pool and open ground for kids to play around. The food was good with great spread. Unique amongst the amenities were private swimming pool in all villas & open seating space under a grove for Rajasthani thali. Great place for people looking for a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Highly recommend

We had our class reunion at Achrol Niwas from 24 to 27th Dec 23 with families and children .we were a total strength of around 75. Word about Property. It's away from the maddening city life with open area all around. Property itself has huge space and amenities to organize no of events and games. Rooms are so big and Royal that a familly of 4 were comfortably accomodated in one room.Washrooms are quiet big and had luxury of jacuzzi .food is good.All in all nothing beats this property if planning a trip with family or friends..The best part is the owner Mr Prem who himself ensures the comfort and convenience of all guests.. So if planning a trip in and around Jaipur with friends or families try out this property..We had a gala time..
