Property is good but thats the only thing about it. Average food below average service. Very little to show that this place cares about its guests. I booked villa with private pool but the pool has no lights so u cant go in pool after dark had to ask them again and again for light. Pool needs to be cleaned twice a day that also was part of my responsibility to remind them and wait for long to see if they send a person. I would say a city hotel gives better service then these guys. Just putting palace in name doesnt mike you that you have put in lot of efforts. Massive upgrade needed in service

What a stunning property! must visit if you are looking for a peaceful weekend. The property is clean and located right in the lap of nature. The approach road is a single lane road but just a 5-10 mins drive from nh-48. Prefer to reach the property before sundown and leave after sunrise. Travel-ling in the dark might be a bit problematic. Staff is courteous and polite. In-house activities are perfect for a day. The only area where some improvement is required is food. Buffet spread is very limited. Live service items are not defined. Taste of food is average. Al-a-crate has a lot of items but again taste is just average. But overall stay was perfect with the picturesque views that makes you feel the royal life.

Charged me extra money for a lounge sitting area situated around the window sill which was already part of the room. It was not the additional bed being provided by the hotel. It was part of the furniture already being present in the room. your guy was not cooperative at all. He was just saying repeatedly that your booking can't be cancel-led and can't be changed. He was not ready to listen about the issue.
