It was an average stay. Nobody was there during our stay. Rooms were beautiful. Courtyardw as beautiful but the low vacancy made an average stay

This property is claimed to be 5 star but i would say it is 3 star. The staff cannot handle guests. Large waiting for food orders when the guests are not in quantity. Bathroom dryers are not working. High tea is pathetic. They just give tea and biscuits in the name of high tea. I wouldn’t recommend to stay there.

Overall we loved our stay there except some issues we have faced (washroom exhaust fan was not working, bathing salt was not there in the resort, approach to property is not very good (rugged road)

Cons- the road to this place is scary, a desolate area till the hotel, it is advisable to reach before sunset. Food is average, as there is no other option near this property you have to ***age what they provide at an expensive rate. Service slow pros- the palace is beautiful, the surroundings are great, the swimming pool great, rooms are lovely, cleanliness good, kids friendly, you can visit one tome
