This was the best experience ever. We went to Fairmont hotel for my brother’s 18th Birthday The food was class apart. Would like to thank Mr. Abhinandan and fairmont staff for their amazing hospitality. I would highly recommend everyone to visit this palace.

Never ever, do the booking of this hotel nobody cooperative here, if you talk about ***ners or professional, so rude unprofessional people here,dirty WC and dirty shower cubical area shower glass,cheap bed like oyo room,nothing here. No reserve booking here you can find ***y options, but don't do here.

STRICTLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!!! The hotel was horrible everything was very dirty and thanks to agoda I couldn’t cancel booking and lost 8500 rupees as on agoda i paid in advance. Booked for 2 night but after seeing the hotel i decided to cancel booking and check out. And after checking out i asked them to cancel my booking for second day and they said you need to contact customer support from where you booked this hotel i said ok and checked out day before and when i reached out agoda customer support they couldn’t make contact with the hotel and offer me to stay there as my booking is still valid🙄

I have stayed 2 Nights here, services is very pathetic Ac not working Properly, fridge also not working, Tea kettle light indicator was not working, water is also not coming ***y times in toilets. even for drinking water we have to go to reception which is almost 500 meter from our room.
