ITC Rajputana, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Jaipur

Outstanding Chandra was incredible in the restaurant and made me feel like it was a home from home. I used the gym, great facilities and the deep massage is incredible. The room is lovely, great servicing of the room and laundry. A perfect experience. Thank you Chandra and his team.

Had an excellent stay at Jaipur's one of the most luxurious hotels, ITC Rajputana.... Exemplifying it's name...the hotel is royal and elegant in true sense....the decor showcases the intricacies of traditional art and indigenous culture of the pink city ....the hospitality starting from the graceful namaste and an infectious smile of the door*** to the polite and warm welcome by the front desk is very heartening.The staff is very polite and helpful in assisting you with all your queries....the rooms are well furnished and equipped with all amenities.... shoutout to the personalization done with the innovative desserts servevd....a beautiful fusion of English and local delicacies....the housekeeping has done an excellent job in maintaining the hygiene....the breakfast buffet spread at Jal Mahal was so intelligently curated giving a taste that suffice every palette ...South Indian,Rajasthani,Punjabi and English delicacies with so ***y options to choose from and special mention to the very necessity of every Indian..the morning tea which was simply an enchantment served in a cup.....the beverages had vast selections too and I was very pleased that even diet conscious people had plenty options to choose from.... We had the pleasure of attending an event,"Paint and Sip" at the Jharokha bar and it was splendid...all snacks were very appetizing and were well elaborated by the chef himself ...Peshwari needs no introduction and lives up to its legacy, the food yet again did not disappoint....the dal Bukhara is to die for and the kulfi was the perfect ending to our day.....my deepest regards to all the staff and ***agers we interacted with....they were the nicest people we have met ...they were courteous enough to even pack us some hot kachori for our onward journey as we skipped our breakfast due to the paucity of time and last but not the least a big applause to the GM for his exceptional ***agement at the hotel. We would definitely come back again 😀

Breakfast at Jal Mahal ITC rajaputana was excellent! Moreover, the service extended by the attandees has been superb. Entire staff is so friendly and give the guest a feeling of homeliness. I would specially mention Mr Chandra who made us feel very special while having breakfast. Food quality I repeat is superb. Will be happy to visit again whenever we get opportunity.

The best Indian food you would ever get . Great hospitality. Mr. Thakur , Mr. Nrihsingh and Mr. Rajesh looked after us really well . They were very courteous and helpful. The ambience is great as well . The food is really good and very delicious .

Hospitailty at his best Chandra ji n ratan ji sudhir ji gave us the best service . Best experience i have ever enjoyed. God bless u guys and keep it up . Will visit again n again to u gyys and will recommend more of the family and friends to visit and enjoy....

The property is one of the best ITCs that I have been to. The staff was super helpful and dedicated towards their guests. Best part of the property was their restaurant food (Peshawari) which had food to die for. Had an amazing time at the bar and the pool area, the property is very scenic/ rooms top notch and breakfast as well If you are hosting Jaipur I would recommend ITC Rajputana 10/10

Great hotel. We didn't eat at their fine dining restaurant. We thought the food at their other restaurants was good (not great) but the service throughout the hotel was fabulous and the bed was so comfortable.

Ranjit and team at sheesh mahal provided us with the most amazing hospitality. Exceptional ambience and drinks. Absolutely loved spending time with my family. One of the best experience. Each and everyone at ITC team gave us the best experience.
