I booked for one more day so I instead of 1-4 march , we added march 5 also. We paid for it,in 2 blocks .. March 1-4 & march 5 , got a voucher but the front desk lady G, Pandaya refused to honour it and asked us to check out on the 4 th. She was extremely rude. She said it was a spam. When l showed the proof she still refused to honour it.
Will not suggest staying at Clark’s amber.

The rooms are stinking of urine and not at all clean.
The staff refuses to acknowledge the problems, avoid staying at all costs

Stayed 2 nights and call couple times for different reasons and in the reception they say they will send someone and no body showed up to fix internet or to bring extra towel. The place is very clean and it has good breakfast. The spa advertised it's not working now. The picture is 400mts away from hotel(most see)

I did my Son's Upanayan there booked 30 rooms for 4 nights it was excellent and above my expectations. Thank you Deepak and Prem to help me organise my best event there.

Jaipur one of the oldest and beat hotel. We had the event at birendra Mahal. All the staff was really helped us during the event.
