Ibis Jaipur City Centre Reviews

Unfortunately I had to cancel my trip to India. Initially I booked two rooms in this hotel. One of the rooms I could easily cancel and get my money back, but this room would not cancel. I don’t know how the hotel is so I won’t make up a fake review.

The lobby and rooms are very clean. The staff were also very kind. There's a restaurant on the first floor, and you can order room service. The chicken tikka masala was truly exquisite. The metro station is also a 5-minute walk away, so you can easily get to Jaipur Junction Station and Hawa Mahal by metro. A point to note is that there aren't many restaurants nearby.

Very small rooms and bathrooms, we need to get the air circulation fixed after check in.

Staying at th Ibis Jaipur City Centre turned out to be a very poor experience. From the point of view of the hotel stay fee, it may seem a little ambitious to ask for a more attentive and helpful attitude from the staff. Nevertheless, it could improve greatly. As for the cleanliness and maintenance of the property, it seemed quite uncared. The toilet porcelain was widely stained. Above all, I suggest precaution and a clear conditions agreement when booking the city tours they offer. Ours was very unsatisfying. We only visited 2 out of the 9 promised spots, then the driver suddenly decided to take us back to the hotel. There was an apology from the person in charge, but in the end, they made only a 30% discount of the original price.

This was the best Ibis hotel I have stayed in so far. The service was excellent, and the staff were very professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Everything was very well organized, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel was very clean, the room was comfortable, and all facilities were working perfectly. The location was also very convenient and made it easy to explore the city. I truly enjoyed my stay here, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jaipur. I would definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

Very happy, clean good customer service and the food in the restaurant was nice! We had no issues during our stay rooms are amazing!

The hotel is nearby railway status located in the heart of Jaipur. and the hotel can provide the driver for one day trip but is a little bit expensive than booking outside. Hotel cleanliness and service is moderate, not good not bad.

Not the right month to visit. The temperature was 39°C +. Just too hot. The place was dusty and very old. Very hard to find western or Asian food. There is no restaurants like we have in other countries and there was no convenient stores like 7/11. International ATMs was non existent , and I didn't see any money changers. The traffic is pure crazy like in Vietnam.

Location near Jaipur Train Station but 20-30 minutes ride to Hawa Mahal or the Pink City Area. The bed sheets are a bit dirty. Good service but questionable manner from bellboy that got tip from us, his gesture were like saying the tip is not enough🙏🏼

Nice one and they giving us late checkout also good one i like it but location is little bit far but you can use a rapido for booking nice one all
