We checked-in at midnight and when we entered the room, the linen had stains on it and the shower knob was jammed, the towels in the washroom was dirty. I booked this property specially after checking the rating but the overall experience is really poor.

So brainless staff that they just enter the room without even knocking and every time i had to call them for the cleaning. Whenever i needed some plates they never delivered to my room and always said to come down to reception and collect it. The receptionist was such a rude person. Never ever gonna stay in this place.
