I enjoyed my stay at Leisure Inn Grand Chanakya. The staff was friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The location is convenient. There are ***y pluses.
The problem was with maintenance issues. When I checked into the room I found that the toilet was constantly running. I called maintenance and he said that it was fine. Later it did not even flush. The maintenance was called again and I waited for sometime till they fixed the issue. It was fine till the last day when it was constantly running again!
Also, the housekeeping was a little sloppy.
I would have loved to give it a higher rating because even though I enjoyed my stay, it was frustrating to deal with maintenance issues.

Worst service from staff. Parking was bad. No connectivity to room service. Always use to call to reception for room service and they take 15 minutes to call back. Worst experience over all.
