Booking Hiccup: While my call center booking was smooth, the front desk wasn't initially informed. Despite having confirmation, it took 15 minutes to access our rooms due to internal communication issues. Unfortunately, attempts to reach customer care were unsuccessful. Room & Food: The rooms were spacious and clean, and the food was delicious. However, there were some drawbacks. Areas for Improvement: Bedding: The bedding quality could be improved for a better night's sleep. Water Policy: Only one water bottle per double occupancy room seems restrictive. Consider providing more or offering them at a reasonable price (not exceeding MRP). Internet: Consistent internet access would enhance the guest experience. Parking: The hotel doesn't have a dedicated parking space, which could be an inconvenience for guests arriving by car. Overall: While the rooms and food were good, the initial check-in hassle, other shortcomings, and lack of dedicated parking brought down the overall experience.
