Great Experience at Grand Uniara Heritage Hotel
Overall, I had a wonderful stay at Grand Uniara Heritage Hotel. As a heritage property, it offers a unique charm, and I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to the Royal Family Suite. The front office, restaurant, and bar staff were all welcoming and friendly, adding to the positive experience.
The room was beautifully furnished with royal-style furniture, creating an elegant and comfortable ambiance. The breakfast spread had a good variety of food and drinks, making it well worth the price.
However, housekeeping service could be improved in terms of timeliness, and the night reception staff could be more attentive and friendly when handling guest queries.
Despite these minor areas for improvement, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel for a heritage experience in Jaipur.

Wonderful aura.Rooms are great and the hotel gives you a royal feel all around. Room service calls were attended well.Breakfast was delicious and all customisations were accepted.special thanks to Nikita for taking care of all our needs as we had a baby ***** too!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Uniara Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The property itself is a beautiful blend of modern amenities and traditional charm all the hotel staff are so helping full nature so I think everyone can go and stay and enjoy the view of hotel

We stayed here for 2 nights during our Golden Triangle Tour of India(Delhi-Jaipur-Agra). The Check-in process was smooth, Surjeet(I hope I spelled the name correctly!) at the front desk showed us to our rooms on the 1st floor. This is a heritage building, it used to be a palace of the Maharaja of Rajastan over a hundred years ago. It is located on a busy main road of Jaipur, therefore the rooms facing the main road are very noisy. Fortunately, Surjeet gave us rooms facing the large garden at the back of the hotel, we had total peace and quiet. Our tour package included complimentary breakfast for both mornings and the food was pretty good and plentiful. We also had lunch in their restaurant and the Rajastani cuisine was very good. We noticed a number of locals(management-level executives and entrepreneurs) coming here for lunch, which is a testament to the high quality of the food served here. There is a small swimming pool on the rooftop, but we didn't use it because we were out the whole day sightseeing and visiting all the major tourist attractions in and around Jaipur. The front desk was excellent in responding to our requests and inquiries. Overall, we had a great experience staying here and we will stay here again if we return to Jaipur.

Avoid staying and any events at this hotel. The rooms are extremely unhygienic, infested with bedbugs and spiders, indicating they haven’t been cleaned for months. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and poorly trained, while the food quality is substandard. Overall, a terrible experience with an unresponsive and unhelpful hotel manager.
