We were asked to pay extra for 2 people even though i have booked 2 separate rooms for 4 person.

Hotel room was very small in size there was no chair or sofa in the room, no proper food was available, staff behaviour was also pathetic

No room services hot water is not provided properly. Bedsheets are not changed floor is not clean properly no iron box no staff properly

Hotel ratangarh palace was nice place to stay. Although staff was cooperative but amenities wasn't good enough. In house dining was not appropriate. My suggestion is to dine nearby places. Overall stay was good.

The bathroom is leaking, furniture and fixtures also damage no amenities provided in our room no tea coffee sachet provided cattle also not working tv also not in working condition terrible experience no bottle provided for the next day waste of money never recommended for couple
