Hotel Indo Prime

This hotel is conveniently located near MI road, just on the opposite side are the beginning of the markets (all within walking distance) The hotel is clean and all their staff (from reception (Lokesh) to the wait staff) were all polite and provided excellent service. Room service and breakfast was great. I would definitely recommend anyone wanting to explore Jaipur to stay here. It's both family friendly and for the solo traveller. It has been my experience staying in Indian - yes, they forget minor things, but if you just ask, they will help and provide the service. Great laundry service, they provided the basics (shampoo, soap, body wash) and yes, I asked, they provided a shaving kit. My last days there were during the Kite Flying Festival. Thank you for allowing me onto the roof top to watch the Kite Festival (Makar Sankranti Festival) I'm already planning to come back and will definitely stay here. ***y thanks Mook (from Sydney Australia)

We visited in christmas. The hotel locality was good , all the nearby markets are accesible but travelling market by battery rikshaw is recommended to avoid jams and parking headache. Food was good, hospitality was also fine except few technical issues which happened during our stay including lift not working and centralized ac not working for room. At reception you can also avail cab services.

This hotel is not safe & I was about to call the police!! there were dust everywhere in the room and it looked like it didn’t get cleaned for several days. We complained & they said they will send someone to clean but they never did.There was a desk in the room which had a broken glass on the top. I complained about it because it wasn’t safe when small pieces of glasses were everywhere. They accused us by breaking the glass and they aimed to charge us for the glass that we didn’t break. During the check out, they wanted to charge us for the broken glass. we refused to pay and they closed the hotel’s entrance door & put us in hostage. They asked if we Don’t pay the fee, they won’t let us go & threatened us that they can become dangerous and they are capable of doing anything. As a young tourist girl in a foreign country, I was feeling scared & my knees were shaking. I told if they don’t let me go, I will call the police to come. After that they opened the door & asked me to just check out and go. When I wanted to use machines to pay the fees, their machine wasn’t working with international credit & debit cards.We tried multiple credit cards with different machines but it didn’t work. Again they blackmailed us if we don’t pay, we are not allowed to leave.I was lucky that I had a friend in India that I had to call him and ask to etransfer money from his Indian account to hotel’s account. If I had time to stay in Jaipur, I would definitely report a police file against this hotel

Indo Prime is so close to the top attractions of Jaipur and free of noise at night. People and personnel at the hotel are always there to help you to have a great time. My room was very clean and comfortable, and the restaurant offered good food throughout the day. I would recommend Indo Prime for anyone looking to rest, be safe and be close to the nice places of Jaipur.

The approach road to the hotel is bad and dirty. The staff is cold in their gestures, inexperienced it seems and totally don't bother to have basic courtesy towards guests. Food is just ok. Breakfast option extremely limited and just 2 staff members in the restaurant ***aging more than 10 guests made it very inconvenient. Rooms are ok with basic amenities. Bathrooms are squeezy tight. The taxi service with which they've tied up and that has a counter in their lobby are totally useless. They provided a car with torn seats, jammed doors and rash driver. Moreover they did charge extra 300 rs for going upto Amer fort that they don't mention while taking the booking but they de***d when you reach the site. I seldom write negative reviews about hotels, but for this one I would say choose any other good hotel in Jaipur except this one.

We took deluxe room, they are very neat and clean, approachable staff and good service. Everything is in working condition, food us also good. We also gad partial view of nahagarh fort from the room. Overall it was great.

Nice Hotel. Rooms are Clean and Spacious Room. Walkin distance from MI Road. Bathroom clean with dryer and bathing accessories. Hotel staff is cooperative in early checkin. I will recommend this hotel to visitors.

Visited hotel last month staff is very co-operative and most importantly everyone is following covid protocol and property is clean and safe for a better weekend will recommend this to everyone.!!!!!!

We stayed for one night at this hotel, we reached the hotel pretty early, they didn’t have any room available and hence allowed us to use the bathroom in lobby. We quickly left our luggage and left for sight seeing with clear instructions to shift the luggages in the room once available and made an extra bed so that when we come late in night, we can just crash on it. However, it wasn’t followed and we have to wait for 45 minutes to get this all done after reaching hotel pretty exhausted late in night, which was not a pleasant memory to carry forward. Overall property is in the heart of city with average amnesties, couldn’t use any other facility due to unavailability of the room early.
