Treebo Corporate Inn

We stayed at this hotel with friends. Upon arrival we were told our rooms had been upgraded to super deluxe rooms at no extra costs. We had originally booked deluxe rooms. These super deluxe rooms were dirty! Sticky floor. Bath tub was stained with dirt that hadn't been scrubbed. The shower heads were broken so couldn't use these properly. There were cockroaches in the room which appeared in the night on our bed. Hardly slept as these insects kept appearing! Requested the reception staff to have rooms sprayed. This was clearly not done. The bedsheets didn't cover the mattress. Noticed the mattress was stained and ripped with holes in it. Room service kept putting the phone down on us. There was no hot water in one of the rooms which took 2 nights to fix despite numerous reminders. Would not recommend this hotel. One would expect clean bathrooms, clean bedsheets that cover the mattress properly, clean duvet covers, co-operative staff. This hotel had none of these. They wanted cash payment as apparently their card reader didn't work even after 2 days. The Only plus point at this hotel was the food in their restaurant. 2 members of staff in the dining room were commendable. Note only 2, named Amit and Mukesh.
