Great place to stay the food was good the room was good all the staff was very good it has a great ambience amazing breakfast and everything was on point. The swimming pool was also good also good the gym was also good and the swimming pool was also good the ac could be much better.

Perfect and helping team for business visit. It is a must recommended place. Had boarding room with snacks and lunch. Food was perfect. Mukesh ji, mahendra singh ji, vasudev ji, mahesh ji, dhreraj ji, gajananda, and govind ji. Service and staff is very hospitable. Thank the team for having me here.

My experience at regenta central hotel, jaipur, was extremely disappointing. I had booked a two-night stay and requested room cleaning, which was ignored initially. When i followed up in the evening, an employee showed a blatant disregard for guest requests, reluctantly agreeing to clean the room but taking an excessively long 50 minutes to do so. The problems escalated during the check-in process for another group member from overseas. Despite presenting all required documents like a visa and passport, seemed to be in charge at that time, unjustly denied them check-in, likely as retaliation because we had earlier complained about the room not being cleaned. The shift ***ager's inability to ***age or rectify the situation further added to our frustration. Such a level of unprofessionalism and misconduct and the ***agement is not only shocking but unacceptable in any hospitality establishment, let alone one from a reputed chain like regenta.

It was ok bathroom necessity products such as shampoo, shower gel were asked on phone not available as available in 4 star hotels. Ac was repaired on phone call as well.
