My experience at regenta central hotel, jaipur, was extremely disappointing. I had booked a two-night stay and requested room cleaning, which was ignored initially. When i followed up in the evening, an employee showed a blatant disregard for guest requests, reluctantly agreeing to clean the room but taking an excessively long 50 minutes to do so. The problems escalated during the check-in process for another group member from overseas. Despite presenting all required documents like a visa and passport, seemed to be in charge at that time, unjustly denied them check-in, likely as retaliation because we had earlier complained about the room not being cleaned. The shift manager's inability to manage or rectify the situation further added to our frustration. Such a level of unprofessionalism and misconduct and the management is not only shocking but unacceptable in any hospitality establishment, let alone one from a reputed chain like regenta.
