Good locality to stay in the city. I enjoyed the welcoming behaviour of the staff and the homely food. Room was clean and comfortable. Only the quality of toiletries (shower gel, shampoo and moisturiser) was pathetic, dental kit was not provided.

Best place to visit..very well maintained rooms and staff is very friendly..best part is front view rooms..... Highly recommended and very nice stay with comfort inn sapphire and Mr Devesh was very nice and corporative and he was very nice and attentive...

Wir waren vor einer Woche in diesem Hotel. Ich habe noch NIE so ein Hotel erlebt! Dreckig, unser Zimmer war an einer Wand mit Schimmel versehen. So roch es auch im Zimmer. Die Bettwäsche war voller Flecken und zerrissen. Im Badezimmer war die Trennwand verschimmelt die Ecken verschimmelt, die Armaturen dreckig. Leider ging es auch anderen Mitbewohnern in diesem Hotel so! Wer sich in so einem Zimmer wohl fühlt und schreibt das alles in Ordnung ist, kann ich leider nicht verstehen. Beschwerde ist an den Veranstalter schon raus!

The rooms were old and small, but were clean. I found them okay. The breakfast was great and the buffet offered a lot of options. The hotel staff was extremely polite and helpful. The hotel is centrally located, saving a lot of travel time. Overall our stay was comfortable.

It was a good hotel overall, the staff is good and it was a comfortable stay . The rooms were spacious and neat and clean. The food was delicious and the side view is good , the reception was good and helping, it's was perfect stay for me and my family enjoyed very much.

The hotel room was clean and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. All staff is good but ...front office is perfectly care. Especially Anukriti shekhawat is handling the front office with full responsibilty. Anukriti is always their to help the guest's.
