NICE CULTURAL SHOW EVERYDAY IN THE EVENING WITH DIFFERENT LOCAL FOLK INSTRUMENTS DAILY.
ROOMS & LOBBY WITH HIGH CEILINGS & TRULY A PALACE FEEL.
VERY CONVENIENTLY LOCATED AT CITY CENTRE.
EXCELLENT SERVICE.
FOOD VARIETY/QUALITY/PRESENTATION ALSO VERY GOOD.

Abysmal staff. Lazy. Didn’t want to place a sun bed because it was ‘about to rain’. Asked him to call his ***ager so he reluctantly placed the bed.
Spa and steam can only accommodate one person at a time which is ridiculous for such a large hotel.
Food is good.

We loved Taj Jaipur. Was a island of calm in a noises Jaipur. What a incredible city! Will be always in my memories! Peacooks, swimming pool, good food, nice people, everything you need on vacation! India is a country that is a must go! The indians are so kind and peaceful. I love this country!

The hospitality at Jai Mahal was amazing. We were upgraded to the Crystal suite, and we enjoyed the experience thoroughly. The property is beautiful and the green lawns look so picturesque. Thank you

Ambience and staff great. For the room we had was overpriced compared to where we stayed else where. Every other hotel we had, we had a suite for this money. Ground floor room with opening doors on to small garden, but mosquitos so bad we couldn't open the doors. Expected more and photos did not reflect the room and size.

The hotel exceeded my expectations on all levels, including the ambience, the beauty of the hotel, and the service of the staff - it was a perfect stay. The gardens are something to behold, and the Jai Mahal is an oasis in the city. Well located about 10-15 minutes from all major attractions.

It was superb to stay @Jai mahal, hope if I can rate above 10. All the staff members are very helpful. My spacial thanks to all staff specifically muskan and sonali from front desk. Ashish sharma from housekeeping. On my breakfast table Mr Aslam was most attentive and helpful person. He helped me with food for my kid as well as prepared fasting food for wife ( not available in the usual menu) . Also omlate preparation from chef bur*** was excellent Thanks Mr rajendra and horse Yuvraj for awesome Bagghi ride which my kid enjoy a lot. Last but not the least a special thanks to duty ***ager Mr gaurav he helped us lot. I will definitely plan a revisit very soon. Thanks Jai mahal team

The property is located in the centre of city make it very convinient to go to any place. Very well maintained property with royal touch, ***icured gardens and lawns. Vast landscape with peacocks roaming around is just wow sccene. Staff is very courteous with smiling faces, know your needs before you even say :) and surprises you with thier hospitability. Special thanks to Satish and Rajendra to decorate room in such a way that pleases my daughter whenver we come from out. Delicious food.
