Exceptional Hospitality and a Truly Memorable Service Recovery This was my first stay at an Oberoi property. Having heard so much about the brand’s exceptional hospitality, I arrived with very high expectations—hoping for an experience comparable to, or even better than, a Taj Palace property. The service was excellent from the very beginning. The pre-arrival email communication was warm and thoughtful, and the team followed up with us even before we reached the property. Throughout our stay, the staff were attentive, courteous and genuinely committed to making us comfortable. The room was lovely, especially the beautifully designed bathroom. We did initially face a few issues, including dated room telephones, a spider in the bed and an unfortunate dinner experience where the food and order management fell short. However, what followed completely changed our impression. The team made extraordinary efforts to address every concern. The General Manager personally met us after dinner and was already fully briefed about the entire incident. He was sincerely apologetic, genuinely concerned and clearly determined to ensure that the experience was not repeated. What impressed me most was the openness and accountability within the organisation. The F&B team did not attempt to hide the incident and instead proactively informed the General Manager. That says a great deal about the culture of the property. This is how great organisations improve—by acknowledging mistakes, taking responsibility and doing everything possible to make things right. The breakfast the following morning was excellent. Everything was beautifully prepared, and the kachori was particularly outstanding. More than the food itself, it was the incredible effort, care and attention shown by the entire team that truly blew our minds. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but the way a hotel responds defines the experience. The team at The Oberoi Rajvilas went above and beyond to turn our initial disappointment into a memorable stay. I am happily updating my rating to 5 stars, not because everything was perfect from the beginning, but because the sincerity, accountability and extraordinary effort shown by the team demonstrated what true five-star hospitality is all about.

Beautiful, calm, serene and great hospitality (hallmark of Oberoi Hotels). It's good for kids, specially swimming in the large pool. 3 nights are more than enough.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel and the kids especially loved it! Thank you so much to the entire team for making our stay so special. Special mention to a few people who went above and beyond: Sandeep from the night shift was extremely kind and patient. On day 2 both kids had stomach issues and ended up throwing up at different times(nothing to do with the hotel but probably the weather) While the elder one was fine, the younger one developed a fever too. Sandeep was incredibly helpful and concerned throughout and very understanding. Kshiteej & Pranjal were extremely courteous and professional. Pal at the restaurant the next morning took really good care of us and the kids. Neeraj at the bar — we loved the bar and the conversation! It was great to see that it wasn’t just the usual “how was your stay.” Also a big thank you to Nancy, Soham, Soumava, Triambika, Neha, Vivek, and Chef Siva for their warmth and service. We truly appreciated everything and the care shown to our family. Hope to visit again soon!

An absolutely royal experience at The Oberoi Rajvilas Jaipur. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. The property is stunning — lush gardens, heritage architecture, and luxury at every corner. The rooms and amenities are world-class. A special mention to Mr. Vishal, the General Manager. His hospitality and attention to detail made everything truly memorable. He ensured every request was handled with warmth and professionalism. This is not just a hotel, it’s an experience of Rajasthani royalty combined with Oberoi’s legendary service. Highly recommend for anyone looking for the best in Jaipur!

This place is wonderful. Although I couldn't make it myself, my family visited and told me all about it. They spoke very highly of the rooms. They mentioned that the staff is excellent, creating a warm, family-like atmosphere where one feels truly at home. Chef Saurav, in particular, stood out; he managed to figure out exactly what my family wanted to eat without them even mentioning a specific dish. I am also very grateful to Ambika, who gave them a tour of the hotel and shared details about the property. My family was pleasantly surprised when Chef Saurav served them a Rajasthani platter in the morning-it was a delightful surprise for them. Thank you to Mr. Virmani for training such excellent staff so well. I will certainly try to visit with my family next year.
