Un bel endroit avec un parc magnifique. nous étions logés dans un bungalow circulaire en dur très spacieux. Nous avons pu également profiter de la piscine, pour une fois que nous avions un temps de pause.

Had visited property on day outing and comes out very terrible experience. Staff so rude was interfering in every activity. Asking to keep once volume down I pool area, limited or no service on pool side, guest only allowed for two hours in pool etc. Would not recommend anyone coming out to enjoy their time with family and friends.

We visited this place for day outing and the experience was so bad. These are the bad experiences which we encountered 1. They didn't offer the welcome drink first. 2. Pool was good. But staff asked us to vacate as they have the policy of 2 hours which is so surprising. 3. If you are a group of 10-12 then you are not supposed to make noise even there are no other guest in that area. 4. Pool table room was having 3 AC out of which only 1 was working. 5 in the last, during the dinner time , one has to wait for chapatis for 15_20 mins after that we had to call some one then they served . So overall this was a very much bad experience and not recommended to anyone in our circle for this resort for at least day outing. Though the property is good.

Simply unprofessional staff. Every staff has their own words, they just repeating to you. Their slogan are You can't play music. You have to keep quit. You can't complain about not working AC. You have to pay on arrival so you can't leave if you don't like their service. You have to use pool as per their convenience not yours. Totaly a very bad experience, all staff need to be trained for "how to talk to guest"...

Private cottage lanes, meandering lanes, little bridges, lots of trees, a huge ground, and the dining haveli and open seating...there's so much to roam around. We visited in March 2020, celebrated a grand Holi, and dined on some really good food. Special mention must be made of ***agement and staff who really made the stay memorable! Must visit to relax and unwind!

Hôtel sale et tentes inconfortables et bruyantes. L’hôtel était vide nous étions les seuls : peut être pour cela que rien n’était nettoyé ? Des tentes par bloc regroupant 2 chambres ne sont pas du tout insonorisées : on entend les « voisins » comme si ils étaient dans la même pièce ! Idem pour les toilettes…très gênant. La salle de bains est très mal entretenue et sale. Le petit déjeuner ne comprend que des toasts beurre et confiture + bananes. C’est la première fois dans tout le voyage que le petit dej propose si peu de choix. Les sanitaires des parties communes sont inutilisables car non nettoyés. La piscine a de l’eau verte… Les plats sont corrects mais sans originalité. La viande était du mouton mais il n’y avait que des os…nous avons de***dé à avoir des morceaux de viande mais en vain… Le pire hôtel de tout le séjour….

Birju is a very helpful person in this property & this is the only person in this property who help each & every guest. Birju is very talented person & he is very good in communication & he knows how to talk to the guest how to tackle the situation. He is a very good employee of achrol bagh.

I visited this property a month back The stay was so comfortable The staff was so good and cooperating The best person I met in the hotel was Birju Birju helped me and my friends a lot during our stay He was an all rounder Looking forward to visit this property again and meet birju soon Thanks
