Location of hotel is very good. Hospitality is awesome and staff friendly. Breakfast served was hot and tasty. Hotel room was nice and cleanness excellent. Overall we liked stay and will recommend our friends for stay.

15 years back i stayed in this hotel on my school trip. I came back again in dec 2022 and stayed in same room. It was nice and safe. But only complaint was the roadway bus stand is just and balcony opened there only and because of that there were lots of noise and pollution. But there are other room maybe those rooms do not have this problem. Overall this hotel nice and the location is also good.

I booked super delux room specialy for bath tub, but bath tub not working. Bath window open thi, nahane k lye pat a nahi tha, mineral water nhi tha, food bhi acha nahi laga bina chini ki chay

Stay was comfortable and the hotel is very accessible as it on the main road. Food was good, however it would be good if hotel can also help the tourist in getting the taxi for sight seeing. It was a struggle to find taxi as hotel simply denied in helping on that

We were not able to take breakfast since there was no buffet and takes atleast 1 hr for breakfast, rest the staff, rooms and dinner was good

Hotel is situated at the centre of Jaisalmer near to bus, railway service. Price is costly. Food service is good.

The location of hotel is its usp. There is fort view from the room itself. Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are spacious and have the rajasthan touch. Very comfortable stay. Good food as well.
