The grandeur of the property is a wow

Pros- food was very delicious. Rooms were clean and properly maintained. Cons- no indoor games, lift do not work (senior citizens may have problem), service is very very poor. U have to call 20 times for one thing.

Easy to locate, rooms are clean and spacious.

Location was fine, food was poor, housekeeping was poor

Even though i had requested to keep the room ready in the main building in advance and despite property ***ager’s promise, front desk staff plainly refused to give me the room in the main building and made me wait half an hour again. Again, the property ***ager cane and provided us the room. However, the room was dirty - sand was there all over, mirrors had prints and stains all over; tea-coffee pouches were just thrown on the table. Bathroom, of all, was filthy - had dirty stains in toilet seat, on the dustbin. Took me ***y calls and an hour to get the bathroom cleaned up. Another hour to get the dish tv connection working. Next morning, bathroom’s flush stopped working. Room service took good 45 mins to deliver. Food menu has very limited options. Overall - avoid the property, even if they offer the room at dirt cheap prices. Instead, use your hard-earned money elsewhere where the staff understands the meaning of customer service.

Extremely pathetic service by the staff - despite the promise of early check-in by the staff and despite the fact the room was available & ready for check-in, the front desk guy kept on passing time and refusing to provide us a room for about 2 hours in cold, morning hours. It was only after I started making calls to their head office, the property ***ager showed up and allowed us to check-in. The staff was not even apologetic about their behavior and they just kept on making lame excuses and lying on my face. The room itself was ok, but if you ask anything from the staff, it takes ages and n number of calls. The TV d2h was not working in the room and had to make several calls to get it working. Food options are very limited (no local menu), and again, takes forever if you order room service. The location of the hotel is very far, isolated, and not at all suitable if you don’t have your own vehicle. Travel desk is just another way for them to loot you - consider booking your tours/cabs from outside - they will offer you the same options at much lesser price. Overall, avoid this property at all cost - their rates are not cheap; even if I get it for ₹2,000 bucks, I would rather not go here and instead spend my ₹10,000 bucks on other properties where staff knows the meaning of customer service.

Worst experience of my life staying in this property very bad service ..full property full of noise and loud d j being played all night long ..food could not have been worst what they serve ..all kinds of linens have stains on them. smelly rooms and first of all room service do not pick ur call and they do u need to give them 3-4 reminders and then u get your order after 1 hour. I waited 45 mins and 3 reminders for a cup of tea

Remote location and no facilities at the hotel. Hotel was empty but they did not accepted our request to provide a similar room on higher floors. Spending inr 10k for for this facility is not worth for a room without recharged tv subscription.
