Hotel Radhika

This hotel was having too good ambience. Initial we had issue while check in but mm t staff sorted out for us. Every aspect of hotel was very nice. Their chef is serving too good and tasty food. Only issue with washroom’s tap was not working properly

Had booked this place for a two night stay from mm t well in advance and had got a booking confirmation as well. Upon reaching the hotel at 9pm with my mother who is 65 years old i was told by the owner that they don't have a room available and that they had cancel-led my booking and sent a mail to mmt. I was bluntly told that they don't have any room available and we can fend for ourselves. They did have rooms available but denied booking through mmt. After frantic calls to the customer care i was also confirmed by mmt that the hotel is denying check-in. Later on one of the owners can-me in to apparently offer help and pitched a suite. I was left with no choice but to agree looking at the situation that i was travel-ling with my aged mother. Very hard to believe that mm t has listed the place without their consent and i was not notified. Really felt like a scam and wouldnt recommend this hotel. Very negative vibes and inhospitable staff. Location at the beginning of jaisalmer and nothing nearby, on a main road. Breakfast buffet cold with just basic parantha poha up-ma and bread! egoistic and conning owners. I was helped by mmt to find another place in an hour but it was late and i had to pay from my pocket but it was totally not worth.

Food quality was like bad. Room has dirt everywhere. Food was served even cold.

I have experienced good staff service of the hotel…. Tarun is helpful in everything you need…. We have enjoyed living here with family….food quality was good and enjoyed having breakfast and dinner both…. Multiple varieties of food having heart taking tastes… really enjoyed being here….

Beautiful ambience and relaxing place. Food tasty and healthy. Overall beautiful place to stay on vacay. Very supportive staff and they adjust according to our needs and requirements.A very hygienic place too.Would love to visit here again.

Hotel Radhika is awesome place to stay. Staff is very co-operative and helpful. Food is very tasty. Good Infrastructure and cleanliness. Property is very neat and clean. Good cafetaria and quality Breakfast. It's very nearby from Jaisalmer railway station & airport. Look like Rajwada

Excellent hotel with very kind and helpful staff. It is not far from attractions, easily reachable by tuk tuk. They can help fiding attractions. Resteurant is on site for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Small garden to sit outside. Owner speaks good English.

Hotel is good for Indian standards. Very plesant employees, you can communicate with google translate (English not so good). Food portions are generous, I would especially recommend the lassis. Our room didn't have a window which is not a problem for us. If you want a window, book the more expensive room. No heating, but good blankets.

Tidy rooms, friendly staff. We had breakfast and lunch there. Good location and the staff always helped us to find tuk tuks and cabs. Flexible with our schedules and we got a late checkout so we had a chance to rest before our flight. Also the rooms had tidy matraces and toilet paper available!
