I think it's an old hotel, but it was clean inside.
The hotel staff gave us as ***y bottles of water as we asked for.
There's not a lot of traffic, so it's a pretty quiet place.
The Tokyo Palace hotel next door has an owner who can speak Japanese, so I think it would be a good idea to consult with them about tours.

Excellent stay, highly recommended for travellers. The staff was super helpful and committed to make the customer experience exceptional. Beautiful location with a view of the jaisalmer fort from thr restaurant. Rooms were big and bed was decorated uniquely

Staff was rude. Have asked for late check out during booking of hotel and they were agreed. But suddenly they called and asked to vacant the room at 10:00 am within 5-10 min which is not possible. Communication was also rude.
