My first preference in Jaisalmer is hotel Oasis. Accomodations are very specious and clean. Lift also available from ground floor to top floor. They also gave us mouthwatering bengali food. All rooms have hot water facility for 24 hours. I always recommend to us hotel Oasis Jaisalmer to my friend and relatives. Thanks for your service.

Lovely and spacious rooms and great service.... I loved the breakfasts with the live flute player which was a lovely touch. A place to relax and let fort view in hotel Ruf tu restaurant living area is long

Dear Z. Khan, Owner of Oasis Hotel. Addressing my problem here as you are not responding to my calls and whatsapp messages. On 23rd June I made 2 Rooms bookings for 4 nights stay starting from 28th June and paid you 5000 INR online (I have the payment records) and as soon as I came to know that my Office Holidays are not approved, I immediately next day canceled my booking and requested you to return my fund. You can deduct 200 INR and return me 4800. Please pick up my call and return my hard earned money. We are yet to visit Jaisalmer but this is not the way to keep the Guest online transferred Money. I am so disappointed :( Please return my 4800 INR...:(

Overall decent hotel, although not as good as reviews mentions. Host will forcefully make everyone give 5 stars reviews. Free breakfast was horrible, we only got poha and cold bread loaves(no toaster available). Hotel interiors were good, polite hosts and staff, not so great hotel location and overpriced room rates.

Property is very nice and staff behaviour is very cool and helping nature.hotel room is very nice .ab hm sem mai nikal rahe ho .asfaq is bery nice person. His help me lot for help in madicine in night . Breakfast is very nice and another property in sem.
