Ozaki resort and camp is a great place to visit and we had an awesome experience here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with great food and ambience. The camp stay was arranged by the resort in reasonable price. Would highly recommend it.

There is no property in this name. They outsource the stay with some other camp. They only have a contact person who is the jeep driver, the camp provider from one or either of the different properties of different camps. Camp we are provided was teeming with mosquitoes, mosquito repellent was non functional. Food options are limited. We have to go from one person to other for canal and jeep salaries. They gave minimum heed to our request for less rash driving as we have a child with us....and the jeep salary was a nigh**are.

Awesome hospitality and behaviour of every staff member is well and good..I recommend every one of you who are going to visit in Jaisalmer in near future come to amazimg ozaki...jeep safari was so good

Room is below average. Hotel does not have a restaurant. ..it has one at their roof maintained by some other people with very limited options. Washroom is poor. Most of stuffs knows nothing...owner is not present most of the time. Not recommended.

The hotel is budget friendly. The view of the Jaisalmer fort from the rooftop is amazing. It is a pet friendly hotel, I was travelling with my pet cat. The staff was good. One of the rooms was not smelling good so asked to change which the staff was cooperative about. My cat loved the placed and explored the terrace. Food was good. Overall experience was good

Hotel Ozaki one of the best hotel in jaisalmer . Our room good and hotel located is very good location. we book desert safari package from ozaki hotel they have own desert camp ozaki desert camp . camel safari and jeep safari was lifetime experience. thank you

Hotel Ozaki was very bad experience for me. Rooms were not cleaned before check-in. Bedsheets were dirty. Hotel staff is trained to switch off AC during midnight. Bathroom was stinking and water tap was leaking. Food is terrible. I am surprised how people are rating them high as they have no standard at all. They are charging high for camp safari and the service they provide is terrible. That's how these people are fooling the tourists and making money. And once you complain them they are saying we are linked with them to make business. This shows total unprofessionalism. Trust me don't visit this place otherwise you are going to regret it later.

Hotel ozaki is very good hotel ,hotel located is just near jaisalmer fort . Staff was good , service is also good. Room was good and big. This also very near bus staion and local market. If any one coming jaisalmer please stay in hotel ozaki jaisalmer
