My stay at the Jaisalmer Spa Hotel and Resorts for three nights was nothing short of remarkable, truly making it a standout experience in Jaisalmer. This hotel, with its exceptional service and luxurious amenities, easily earns the title of the best hotel in the area. What made my stay especially memorable was the extraordinary hospitality extended by Mr. Manish Kumar and his dedicated team, including Surajpal. The warmth and professionalism they exhibited were unparalleled. Additionally, our driver, Mr. Bharat Singh, ensured that our travel experiences around Jaisalmer were comfortable and enjoyable. Their collective efforts significantly enhanced the quality of our stay, leaving an indelible impression on us.

One of the best properties in India. Food and Beverage is the highlight of this property. You should not look beyond this resort for your stay in Jaisalmer. Best for Family. Facilities, Ambience, activities you name them and they have everything.

Top hotel in a wonderfulThe services, accomodation and quality and helpfulness of al the staff was key to feel in a dream stay at a great location. Jaisalmer city per itself merits the effort to get there and offers the special experience of an isolated city in the middle of the Thar desert, old home of caravans stop in the silk road. It is a walled medieval city full of art and glamour. Having a top luxury resort there, operating under Marriott quality standards, is a premium for the experienced traveller. Well managed and cared, the property enjoys devoted personel looking always to make your stay trully worth the trip.

The stay was excellent. Would like to make a special mention of the staff who were courteous and very pleasant. The dining staff Suraj and Delawar were very good and introduced us to Rajasthani dishes. Very nice, pleasant and hard working individuals. Highly recommend staying at Marriott in Jaisalmer

My Last stay at the JW Merriott Resort was very good and like always, it was well within my expectations. All staff members from the entry to exit were cordial and friendly. All my requirements were well taken care by them. A special word of appreciation for Chef Narendra Singh Rawat and Chef Balwant Singh Sajwan at restaurant, both was fantastic, very professional, kind, and very accommodating. They obliged me with food of my choices during my restaurant time and always made me feel like at home.

Beautifully maintained property with the most cordial and friendly staff. Right from the reception at our arrival until our check out we were taken care of with the utmost care. Every single staff member greets with you a smile. They have quite a good variety of food spread in their buffets at breakfast and dinner. Special mention to the spa masseuses for their exceptional work. Definitely recommend.
