My stay at the Jaisalmer Spa Hotel and Resorts for three nights was nothing short of remarkable, truly making it a standout experience in Jaisalmer. This hotel, with its exceptional service and luxurious amenities, easily earns the title of the best hotel in the area. What made my stay especially memorable was the extraordinary hospitality extended by Mr. ***ish Kumar and his dedicated team, including Surajpal. The warmth and professionalism they exhibited were unparalleled. Additionally, our driver, Mr. Bharat Singh, ensured that our travel experiences around Jaisalmer were comfortable and enjoyable. Their collective efforts significantly enhanced the quality of our stay, leaving an indelible impression on us.

Amazing stay at marriott resorts jaisalmer. Fantastic hospitality and warmth, speciallt chef navin and team. Also a special mention for adarsh of the reception team for accommodating a request from us. Would love to go back and stay there again. The property is located just outside the hustle & bustle of the small city of jaisalmer. It has a nice restaurant nearby also in-case people want to venture out in the evening dor a nice dinner. The swimming pool is nice and good for a refreshing swim. The rooms are large, spacious and very nicely laid out and sleekly furnished without being overly decorated. Loved the window seating that enabled an awesome view of the sunrise from inside the room. Breakfast spread was as expected - awesome. Special mention of chev navin for being such a great host and also adarsh of the reception desk for accommodating our request.

We booked the jaisalmer marriott for 3 days. Food and amenities was top notch. Spa was very good. It was our son’s birthday so the hotel staff ensured he enjoys his bday, made a special cake and cut during breakfast. Special mention goes to restaurant staff who were really really nice to us and our kid. All the staff including sachin, ketan, chef naveen, chef with neck tattoo (didn’t catch his name, aalam, dilwer and tea stall guy (i think kailash was the best. Special mention to shivanshu who helped out of his way. Overall we had a great and pleasant stay.

Comfortable stay with few concerns
food- buffet spread is not like marriott, taste is good but limited options and bad desert options which any normal hotel provides. Not worth the price but observed similar thing in jodhpur too. Not sure marriott has different standards set based on location. Shared feedback with the team too
