Best hotel for corporate. Easy to reach market & tourist places. Good location and good faced. Hotel staff was very cooperative and helping neture . Food was very delicious and testy. Hotel owner is also good behaviour. He handling every guest & he is very funny.

Excellent in all respect and value to stay. Excellent position, Excellent arrangement for local tour, friendly behaviour and staffs are very polite. You will feel a home stay. Must try when visiting the golden city. In addition, the hotel is having good restaurant service where breakfast to dinner all type of good food avaliable. Hence no need to find any other alternative.

One of the best hotel in Jaisalmer. Easy to reaching tourist points. Faced is good and staff are very cooperative. Food was also very delicious. Hotel location is city centre and hotel and rooms was neat and clean. Lift facility is also available here . Good fort & city palace vice from room no 301.

A big NO to this Hotel. Infact, this is not a hotel, it is basically a *********. They show pictures of fake superdeluxe rooms during booking and on your arrival provides you with a cheapest quality rooms (at the cost of superdeluxe). They do not clean the room, do not change bedsheets, washrooms extremely dirty and slippery. The owner of the hotel A*** Bhatia is an extremely rude person. When complained to him about this fraud, he starting shouting at us and said your agent asked us to book cheap quality rooms (although they were taking charges of Superdeluxe from us). His ********* staffs are very arrogant, disrespects the guests, full of uneducated staffs who do not have even a minimum ***ner. Our booking was for 2 days. Somehow we ***aged to stay for 1 night and next day early morning checked out and went to a different hotel. We felt unsafe been here.

Not a good experience at all. Few loopholes: no entry being made at the hotel register while checking in for any guest. Thats a serious concern. We were given a used room, uncleaned. Later they did it after I complained to the owner. Rooms need maintenance, wall plaster coming off from various places. Also the entire property needs regular dusting and cleaning for all common areas. It was dust everywhere even on the room phone. Owner, Mr. A*** is a well behaved person but the staff weren't good. Food was good there

Best budget hotel in Jaisalmer. Hotel staff very friendly. Hotel location easy to reach ,each point fort and haveli. Hotel food and quality was good. Hotel frount elevation is good like mahal . Thank u prince team to make our memorable trip

Pathetic Hotel please Dont book this property.. not at all for family People . After checkout At 10.30 we asked them to store our luggage in lobby for 1 hour so we can have lunch and Come back .. they clearly denied we had to take luggage with us & Leave … Very Very Bad Hotel

I had paid 3000/- for per night, I had booked the room for 3 nights, but as per the rate, the room was very small. Was not proper cleaned. There were dust on telephone, T.V. remote and at the corners of beds and also on furnitures. We have to remind 3-4 times to the hotel ***ager for towel or soaps or for drinking water. Drinking water was also not filtered. No servants was properly helping us, even not on picking up the luggage to the room. Or providing the water to drink. And also one thing, they provide tour package for Dessert and Tanot, rate was high, they tooked 11,000/- (5,000/- of 2 person for dessert - including Camel Ride, Car trip to sam dunes, dinner at camp, folk dance show, and 6,000/- for Tanot Mata Temple, War museum, and Border visit) , but the driver "Arjunbhai" was very good person. We enjoyed that trip, so I think it was worthful.
