The stay and hospitality are something that I will cherish forever. The hotel is located centrally and is merely walking distance to all places. A special shotput for the hosts Lalit Ji. I was traveling with my year-old kid and Lalit ji got up very early and prepared food for the kid which is something that ***y big hotels are missing. Loved his helpfulness. Will recommend to anyone going to Jaisalmer to give it a try for sure (though they are reserved mostly but do try your luck).

This is our 4th time traveling to India and 2nd time to Jaisalmer. I will keep fond memories of this hotel where everything was perfect! The incredible welcome from Lala and her brother, the high-quality furniture, the refined decoration of the rooms, the hearty breakfast, the cleanliness, the location of the hotel right next to the fortress, the organization of safaris in the desert.... In short! The best hotel in all of India! Absolutely worth choosing!

In stayed in his property with my family and really enjoyed the hospitality. The property is clean and very centrally located. All the touristic places are nearby. Host also helped me in booking desert stay which was amazing. He also gave respect to my parents with all their queries and needs whenever they asked for. He also gave us early check-in without any charges which is so nice considering the fact that my parents were old and we need this urgently. I'm overwhelmed with his kind gesture. He guided us with restaurants, places to visit, hidden stories of Jaisalmer :-) My brother left his wallet and bag at some restaurant at other side of the city where we went for dinner and pratimesh ji didn't even give a second thought and ride my brother with him on his bike to get his wallet. I'm so thankful to him

You don’t to be skeptical, the hotel is really worth the rating. The hospitality, service, food and friendliness offered by the two brothers is truly outstanding. Not to mention their understanding of sustainability and vegan food. Thank you so much for letting us to have this experience

I have travelled in India ***y times over a period of 30 years and stayed in a variety of places, good, bad and indifferent. But the Hotel shanti is one that has caught my attention by being a great hotel but more importantly, by the time and effort that Lala and Jimmy put in to helping their guests have a great time. We stayed there for 3 nights, used them for laundry, dinner, taxis, tour information and as a guide to the fort. They and their team excelled in all these things and left us with a feeling of not having paid enough to them for the what they did for us. Worth also mentioning that one morning Jimmy knocked on my door to present me with my wallet, which I had dropped and had been found by one of his staff, before I even knew I had lost it! A wonderful place with wonderful people and one I will return to.

This hotel did not disappoint! Often online fotos are deceiving but this hotel is just stunningly beautiful! The rooms, the sitting areas upstairs, even the reception area are very inviting. The hotel is very clean and owner/ staff are very friendly. Shampoo and soap are being provided. There are several charging ports for your electronics all around the property. It’s not a problem to leave your luggage and freshen up should you be travelling later in the day after checkout. Everything was very good. Transport to and from the bus station can be arranged with the owners. The hotel is in a very central location, sights are in easy walking distance. Definitely a great place to stay here in Jaisalmer!

The hotel is very nice and cozy, the rooms are super clean and the owner makes you feel at home. The position also is central, very close to everything there's to see in Jaisalmer. I really enjoyed the safari! Highly recommend!

Our stay was beautiful! We did a very exciting desert tour. Everything was well organized. Our kids were happy.The food was excellent. The staff very friendly and helpful. We will come next time here again.
