Ashley Hotels in Jakarta

We stayed in a Family Room at Ashley Tanah Abang from June 19th to 20th, and it completely exceeded our expectations! We were pleasantly surprised by the incredible aerospace theme set up for the kids. The room was beautiful and came packed with entertainment: two NASA space suits for dress-up, a PS5, LEGOs, and a mesmerizing laser projector that displayed the Milky Way on the ceiling. The children absolutely loved it and were thoroughly entertained. Beyond the amazing room, the dining was fantastic with very good food, and the receptionist was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. It was the perfect highlight for our family trip to Jakarta! An easy 5-star experience.

The hotel is absolutely fantastic! The lobby was already wonderfully cool and had a pleasant aromatherapy scent as soon as I walked in. 👍🏻 Every corner is adorned with Chinese-themed decorations, making you feel like you're in Shanghai itself. 🥰 My mom loved it and kept taking photos everywhere, haha. The room was clean, The bathroom was clean, The AC in the room was cool, Everything was excellent. The only downside I can think of is that there wasn't a chair or sofa with a backrest in the room. This was a slight inconvenience since I was traveling with my elderly parents, haha. Other than that, everything was perfectly fine!

This is my second stay at this property. As expected from the last visit, I was pleasantly satisfied with my stay here. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel's extra service in terms of making communications available via WhatsApp allowed me to reach them at any time to make enquiries during my stay.

Excellent facilities and beautiful decor. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. The bathroom is also well-appointed with amenities, towels, shower gel, shampoo, and lotion. The breakfast was quite comprehensive and varied, with plenty to choose from. For me, the only thing missing was dairy products like yogurt. The staff were very kind, attentive, and looked after the guests, helping with everything they could. Special thanks to Gio who was very attentive to me, and to Yesika who made sure my stay was very pleasant – and they succeeded! Many thanks to them.

I recently stayed at Hotel Ashley and I can confidently say it is one of the best hotels in central Jakarta, especially considering how affordable the price is for what you get. From the moment you enter the lobby, you are welcomed by a very pleasant and signature fragrance that immediately gives a premium and relaxing feel. The ambiance is warm and inviting, and the reception team is friendly, polite, and always smiling, which makes the check in process smooth and enjoyable. The hotel carries a strong Chinese inspired concept, which is reflected in the interior design as well as the dining experience. During breakfast, they serve a variety of Chinese style dishes, and everything is halal so there is no need to worry. In general, hotels in Jakarta maintain halal standards, so it is very convenient for Muslim travelers. The room itself is very comfortable and well maintained. The air conditioning works perfectly, very cold and consistent, which is important in Jakarta’s weather. The bed is comfortable, the layout is practical, and the cleanliness is clearly well managed. One thing I really appreciated was the shower. The water pressure is strong and steady, and the temperature control works well, making it very relaxing after a long day. Another strong point is the location. Being in central Jakarta, it is very strategic and close to many restaurants, cafes, shopping areas, and key business spots. It makes moving around the city very easy, whether for meetings or just exploring. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money. You get a clean, comfortable stay, good service, unique concept, and a prime location without paying a premium price. I would definitely come back again whenever I visit Jakarta.

Cleanliness: The whole place was very clean. Service: The service was excellent, every staff member was attentive and very polite, especially Mila at the front desk who was incredibly kind. Five-star rating! There are also many restaurants nearby, and in the evenings, the street downstairs turns into a bustling snack street.
