The entire facility is not yet complete, but it is about a 10-minute walk from the shopping mall Grand Indonesia, so I think the location is attractive. It's a little hard to find, but there is a convenience store and a restaurant food court in the building next door.
The room was on a high floor...the 80th floor. The view was great and other buildings looked far below. The elevator was only for Park Royal, so it wasn't inconvenient.
The breakfast selection was limited, but it was delicious and satisfying.
Other facilities were under construction, so we could hear the construction noise, but I think it will be a great facility once it is completed.
The surrounding area is still under development, so I recommend only going in the direction of the main street. The other side is still under development and looks like a slum, so it is unsafe for foreigners to walk there.

New hotel with serviced suites well located next to the Grand Indonesia mall. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Beautiful view on the city. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Breakfast had some nice dishes that could be ordered (In addition to the buffet). Attention point is that construction is still ongoing in the building (ground floor so we did not hear it in the rooms). Would book again when coming to Jakarta !

A Very new hotel with great location. Facilities are super great including the food, gym and swimming pool.
However, since it is new hotel, the hallway and the lift have no AC which can be unbearable if your lift stops at every level. The shower’s tiling in both toilets need more TLC and better maintenance. It is because the water (after you showered) would be stagnant and it just failed to flow to the drain, creating yucky smell. And it is just simply unhygienic and create unpleasant sight.
I hope the management can look into this because both toilets face the same problems.

The location is very convenient. The room the hotel prepared for us is on the 76th floor. The soundproofing is very good because there is no one there. Haha.
Then the fan in the bathroom is very loud and can't be turned off. The hotel has central air conditioning.
Because the outside is still under renovation and it is a new hotel, many drivers don't know yet, so it will be annoying to take a taxi. However, the hotel is very cost-effective.
