Service was quite patchy as the pool closing hours all differs from the tv/app (10/1030pm), signboard (930pm) and staff (7pm). At the pool area, guests were offered a bowl of fruit but there's none offered to me. Also, the minibar area doesn't come with complimentary snacks as mentioned in their menu. Turndown service had to be requested instead of it automatically done. Apart from the negatives, the facilities and interior of the hotel was gorgeous. Rooms were suite like with living and a bedroom. Breakfast was good although missing items like crackers for the cheese board but was promptly adjusted by the staff after. Room service dinner, Milano Burger is not tasty but lunch, Nasi Goreng was nice with satay, prawn, sambal and bread offered.

Despite the excellent front desk staff, clean and comfortable room and location, the corridor on level 29 had an overpowering smell of smoke that seeped into my unit. After informing the front desk of the scent, housekeeping placed a deodoriser along the corridor. Unfortunately, the smell was still lingering along the corridor and our unit. It is very disappointing that a well-known international brand still offers smoking rooms, ruining an otherwise enjoyable experience. I hope the hotel management will look into this matter, as smoking in air-conditioned rooms is harmful to health.

While I have stayed at many places in Jakarta, this was the first at this location. Our family spent two nights here an were very pleased by the place. We had a three bedroom apartment which felt huge compared to regular hotel rooms. All the rooms were large with great views of the city. The balcony is nice for some fresh air, but I would be cautious with smaller children as they may be able to climb up on the rail. The views from the master bed and bath were exceptional and I have not had a room with anything similar before. The pool and play area are large and nicely maintained. Being attached to the mall is nice if you want to eat out, go shopping, or buy groceries. You don't really need to leave the complex if you don't want to. One the negative side, the connection to the mall has stairs which is a small issue for strollers or people with mobility issues. Also the kitchen is not really stocked with some basic cleaning supplies.

If you look at the photos i uploaded, it feel like we are not in Ritz Carlton, a brand that sharply promise its excellent services. I dont know what happen to them, but check in only 2 desk, and another spot of check in at very crowd q as well. Guest just waiting like in a bus terminal and while seeing check in process took 30 minutes avg per one guest. Staff promise to take care my room key, but very surprise she only made a statement and never appear to follow up on her promise to me. They just horrible not at the right time, new year holiday season. I just get into my room at 4PM and still without room key, so i am waiting there without any room light.

Stayed several times over the past 3 years, for myself maybe the best hotel in Jakarta, the only downside would be lack of dining options, the room service is excellent, but the upside is that there are many restaurants close by. Rooms are very well furnished, they need an update in terms of technology, really in a hotel of this standard you should be able to stream or cast onto the TV. Pool area is great, the hotel is really an oasis in the middle of Jakarta.

Great newly refurbished service apartments. Stayed in Jan 2020 room 1205 I believe. Massive flat with maid entrance, room, shower. Main apartment had large dining/living room, bedroom, drying/extra room and bathroom with tub. Small kitchen with rice cooker and room with washing machine. Complementary breakfast on top floor with indoor and outdoor seating. You can take your breakfast to your room. Waffle/egg station. Two gym rooms one with machines and one with weights, spa and pool. Small shop and function room Hotel is close to Lotte shopping centre with cinema etc. The best thing for me was the washing machine, clothes horse and ironing board I always appreciate when I can run a machine and not fear for how my clothes are handled.

Also, i had left my Ipad in the room upon checking out, and thanksfully the honest staff at housekeeoing found it and made sure was returned to me. At first I had doubt. But when I enter the room, the room was spacious. It even has 1 sofa and table. One thing that I disappointed was when I opened the curtain, there was a construction at the same level. So, I can't open the curtain at night to enjoy the view, otherwise they can see me. And a little noise from their works. I guess I'm just get unlucky. But in the future, perhaps my room won't be able to see the city again. The laundry is available but no same day service. So, be careful. But it's free of charge. And they didn't provide bag, instead we put our laundry on the box just outside near the door room. And you'll find your clean laundry there afterwards. For the meal, the restaurant is small. A bit cramped. The food choices is limited, but they tasted good. And they kept changing the menu. That's good. In front the hotel you can find small minimarket that open 24 hours. And plenty of food choices. There are a couple of Mall near the hotel, within walking distance, such as Lotte, ITC, Mall Ambassador and Kuningan City.

After all of the bad reviews I have read on the past few weeks I was worried about coming here but the check in with the kiosk was fast and flawless,got to my room which was spotless with a working refrigerator plenty of plug in to charge everything the carpets looked recently cleaned. The shower had instant hot water plenty of towels and had a great view of the strip the hotel staff was always cleaning hand sanitizer everywhere with security making sure everyone was wearing a mask great stay.
