Overall, the stay was good. Room was clean. Air conditioner had some issue. Cupboard also had an issue but it was okay.

The hotel reception person was even not courteous enough to drop us to our room or ask someone for dropping us to our room, then we find our bedsheets and room dirty which they had refused to replace citing ***power shortage reasons

Location was good, walking distance from the market so you can get everything. Staff is also good. Rooms are clean.

Room which we were given was very small plus water from shower spills all over the washroom. I called for bathrobes 3 times but never recieved it. Reception staff was also bit rude. All in all the experience was not as expected.
