Overall stay was good but the response time for room service by hotel staff needs improvements. In addition to this hotel staff needs to arrange the rental cabs with yellow number plate with valid transport permits which was missing when i had the cab during my recent last weekend trip to jalgaon as white number plate vehicles are not allowed for any other passenger usages other than private purposes

Over all the hotel service good cleaning also nice location and parking better, only the a. C. Is very bad so terebal noise fo window a. C. So not comfortable sleep at night.

One staff assure for 1 hour late check out wherein 12 hours late check in happens. Other staff de***d haled day for 2 mins late check out and threatening single ladies staff.
